We were blessed to stay here for three nights. We made a mistake in not contacting the host prior to arriving in Anacapri, but once we made contact, they were immediately responsive and accommodating! Mariolena is the sweetest and makes a great breakfast. Our room was spotless and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend this place - great view, got to experience peaceful Anacapri, and slept great! Thank you to the hosts.

For our Honeymoon we had a lovely stay at Rio Linciano 14. The hosting lady, Mariolina, is very kind and sweet and gave us inspiration where to go and what to do. The breakfast is very good and we could enjoy it while sitting on the terrace in the shade with a stunning view of the ocean (great for sunsets, too). Our room was very nice and clean and comfortable and we could use the terrace and living room the entire day. The B&B is located only a few minutes by foot from the centre of Anacapri and the bus stop to Faro and Grotta Azura are a few hundred meters away. The room has an air condition. We can highly recommend to spend your stay at Capri here and we will definitely do it when we come here next time. Bellissimo!

BEWARE. My husband and I made a reservation for November 9, 2023 and received confirmation of our booking. Once we arrived to the property — with all of our luggage in hand, having taken both a ferry and a taxi — the B&B appeared closed. We called the number on their website and someone answered. We had all of our booking paperwork printed out and in hand. The person who answered the phone (who seemed to be the owner) said he did not have a reservation from us. We reiterated all booking details and the confirmation number. He seemed flustered and then asked whether he could call us back. We explained we were standing outside the property and he hung up on us. He never called back. Thankfully, at some point, an owner from a different, nearby B&B came out and said we could stay at his property. He also explained that the owner of Riolinciano had called him and said he made a mistake, completely forgetting about our booking. I am not sure what would have happened if the other property owner hadn’t helped out. We have never been stranded like that and found it particularly rude that the person at Riolinciano lied to us, and said we didn’t have a booking, and then hung up on us. This was the worst B&B/hotel experience we have had while traveling and we would NEVER recommend booking with this property.

It’s such a nice place with an incredible view! My best friend and I went there to celebrate my bday and it was magical, this old lady called mariolina was our beautiful host, she’s so polite and sweet. We are absolutely going to stay in there next time we visit the island:)

Beautiful rooms with beautiful views from the balconies and common spaces. Staff is very friendly and professional.
