Great location. Great staff. Super breakfast. Wifi worked well. Website says no parking but reduced rate parking is available next to the hotel...similar to a hotel that I stayed at over the summer in Braunschweig that was advertised with parking

Wonderful hotel in super part of town. Easy to walk to all places. Unfortunately, all the outside tables were reserved, event though 80% were empty. Don't worry, lots of restaurants nearby. Public overnight carpark 50m. We had to change room (downgraded) because the electricity tripped off at 11pm. Girl in reception didn't know how to reset it (she was being trained up). My suggestion is to train your staff during the day so they can then learn from more experienced staff. Great breakfast - it had zircon whereas the rooms only had a fan. Oh - and when the temperature is 30deg.C at night, don't put your adult guests in a childproof room where the window only opens 10cm. Again, the inexperienced staff could not locate the key to open the window. So - a good stay but could have been much better.

Wir hatten Doppelzimmer Deluxe gebucht. Außer dass es teurer war, war kein Unterschied zum Standardzimmer. Kleines Zimmer, sehr kleines Bad, keine Haken im Bad zum Aufhängen, sehr kleine Dusche.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, das ideal im Herzen der Stadt liegt und schnellen Zugang zu allen wesentlichen Attraktionen bietet, war insgesamt äußerst angenehm. Besonders herausragend war jedoch das Frühstück, durch die herzliche, authentische und bemerkenswert aufmerksame Art der Service-Mitarbeiterin. Ihre Freundlichkeit und positive Ausstrahlung verliehen dem Morgen eine außergewöhnliche Leichtigkeit und sorgten für einen tollen Start in den Tag.
