Very convenient location, flexible and very helpful staff. The room booked suited our family of five and this particular room was just beside the pool. Suitable for children's leisure when at the resident.

The accommodation staff treats you well, the accommodation can be ordinary, there is nothing interesting, suitable for those who come with families. The sofa is quite bad and it's slippery. The room has a musty smell.

The lights in the parking area of the car are not enough, some areas are in dark condition, the bath pool can not be used at night, the in-room garbage can not be enough, only in the bathroom, hall? the bed? a little further from the beach, about 30 minutes to reach.

1. swimming pool has a certain time for us to shower .. night is not allowed to shower because the pool has been washed .. unacceptable reason .. 2. small trash is only available in the bathroom only .. It should be added to the room sleep and rest room. 3. parking area half dark .. no light supply enough to add holiday atmosphere ..

Overall, the help desk staff very friendly, yet the room need more maintenance because seem a bit run down.

Satisfactory and comfortable, we take the apartment suitable for the family.

The reception is not helpful, I've requested towel but only one towel is provided for 3 night stay. Even the towel I have to walk and collect from the reception which make me so disappointed. I've requested for room service on the next day but no one has came and clean my room. As per the receptionist only on the 3rd day they will clean the room. In between the 3 days you have to clean on your own. Very disappointed. My personal advise for those traveler to not book this resort as the service is very bad, and its about 10 km away from cenang which is quite far to get into chenang beach. I hope you will have a great time in the resort near chenang beach, please don't book this resort. Thanks.
