A very nice and beautiful resort which in my dream bucket list, but unfortunately our whole room was flooded. Without getting any inform by the resort, they already moved our luggage from floor to bed. No sincere apologies and changed room immediately. After called and requested only able to change room with slow service. We booked 2 rooms, another room lazy to change after I requested, as it was late and they are tired to repack stuffs. A bit disappointed, no relax & it's tired, wasted!

No receptionist at the counter, no instructions for guests to check in, can't contact the receptionist via phone number, power outage once or twice in the morning, toilet is too small, I'm a Vietnamese and I can't even manage it, I don't understand how Westerners do it

Recommend for you guys! Its better to stay 1-2 night at Bana hills! So you can explore more. The room space is just ok. The breakfast was so great!!! Love it

The hotel is very crowded and hectic. Though the staff were very helpful, there are too many people checking in and checking out at the same time. Since the French village is open for public and not only the hotel's customer, I found it not too convenient to explore the area. We got a family room at De Lyon, and we only stayed for 1 night. Though it's quite nice, the room is a bit stuffy and dusty.

The food is not delicious. The price is quite expensive. There should be more restaurants to choose from.

The room is spacious, as advertised. The bathroom is clearly divided, very well-proportioned. It is convenient for families to stay. The air is good. The service is good. It is convenient to walk up and down the room. There is an elevator, so you can push a baby stroller.

The place is really nice. Really enjoyed staying here.

The staff was enthusiastic, helped carry the suitcase up and down the cable car. When going down the cable car, there was a car to take the car to the requested parking place. Beautiful scenery, room had heater. Wifi was a bit weak, late at night I couldn't watch TV in the room because the channels were turned off.

I was so sick with a bad headache. I went to the reception to get medicine, and they sent me back to my room for a doctor to have a look. I was very impressed with the Vietnamese lady doctor who took care of me; she gave me medicine before bed and after breakfast. I felt better straight away after the first dose.

The room is clean and unique, but it's not soundproof. I can hear people from another room speaking and doing things. Almost all the restaurant is close at 8-9pm so it's a little bit difficult to get food at night. But overall it is a unique experience.
