Location right behind Mahkota Hospital

stayed in Estadia for a medical trip. but somehow the plan changed. requested 1 night refund, but the hotel staff and Traveloka Customer Service was inefficient and not helpful at all. comparing to other hotel staff and other app, this hotel and this app is the worst.

Some of the equipment is incomplete. It's best to check it again when cleaning the room before new guests move in.

When we checked in later than other hotels, at 3:00 PM, we encountered slow, slow-acting staff. Every time we checked in, we had to ask our superiors first. They gave us the wrong room type twice, so we had to go up and down to exchange the keys.

Location close to food spots and hospitals

Staying at Estadia Hotel is a really great experience for me and my family, worth it. The room is clean and their staff is really friendly. For sure, I will stay at Estadia Hotel for my next trip to Malacca...😍

love our stay here..the room was nice though a bit cramp to solat cause of big 2 single beds..complete with iron, heater, hair dryer ..the staffs very helpful..walking distance to mahkota parade and dataran pahlawan..near to laundry, cafe and 7e .basically you can get almost everything near the hotel..

I've stayed here 3 times, only the room is a bit narrow. Everything else is ok..

clean and near to hospital. check in and check out very easy.

The hotel is so near to the central tourist places and to the Mahkota Hospital, just by walk, like 2-5 minutes. Definitely will come back again.

Chosen hotel for medical visit to Mahkota Medical Center. Very convenient within short walking distance, security always friendly. Cant say the same to Front Desk staff, robotlike no smile at all. Wash basin in the bathroom was clogged, engineering came to solve it. Jetspray needed to be changed, water seeping from the hose. The room was quite dusty especially in the window corner area, They changed the lobby drop off area, where they set some chairs in front of elevator, now with paid massage chairs. And set some chairs and tables only for those who buy their sandwich and drinks. Nice way to upsell, but dont forget most of the guests are those needed medical treatment in the hospital next building, so please consider some chairs for them to sit while waiting for the elevator.
