The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing and dining. Rooms are relatively large and clean. Staff are polite and enthusiastic.

The staff is very friendly. Hotel room is nice, breakfast is nice. Very recommended if you wanna stay near Hoan Kiem Lake.

Clean and cozy hotel, near the city center. Recommended.

We were upgrade to Executive Room. All the hotel staffs are very friendly and breakfast is simple and tasty. Room is clean. Even though we stay 1 night, we felt most welcome.

The room was so bad and I had to leave the room I booked to rent another hotel

The hotel is located right at the Old Quarter, very convenient for transportation or sightseeing. The family has a happy holiday, comfortable, enthusiastic staff, fun, clean hotel. Need to change or have more choices for the morning, the less breakfast, I have eaten three consecutive breakfast also those dishes, unchanging and very bored. Shavers are not good so replace them immediately, shave off the skin, not beard. But if you have a chance to come to Hanoi your family will register for HM Boutique Hotel, I like this hotel.
