Be aware with the lack of free parking. There is an outside parking paying fee is 6€ for a day I requested on hotels.com a quiet room ..not close to the elevator and they gave me the one opposite the lifts. Pillows a bit uncomfortable Good breakfast and good to have the pool. The beach did not look appealing

Really great stay here with my husband for 6 nights. We didn't opt for all inclusive (although for the time of year this wasn't bad value), as we knew we wanted to check out the Gran Canarian dining scene, but the drinks and food when we had lunch from the pool bar were very reasonably priced. Very clean and spacious rooms with nice balconies that look out to sea. Pool area is also nice, however is split in two with the 'beach club'. The beach club itself has balinese beds which cost €35 for the day. Whilst not extortionate the small pool and slightly nicer lounging space doesn't really merit the extra cost as you don't get any other real benefits for being in the area. There is some building work happening right now in front of the hotel where they appear to be making a new beach area (not sure if this is part of the hotel or not), which mostly wasn't that disruptive other than 2 mornings at the start of the holiday where a digger was placing the sand. All in all a very good 4 star hotel and excellently located for driving or getting a bus to the very nice Puerto de Morgan or Maspalomas whilst being in a more quiet and secluded area. Ideal for our winter sun week.

The stay was lovely, food was fantastic, staff very friendly and kind, hotel very clean and tidy. Our bed was not very comfortable but this was the only slight issue we had. Thank you for looking after us.

Room with a sea view and balcony - falling asleep to the sound of waves, waking in the morning to the sound of waves, gorgeous. Not disturbed by anyone or anything yet knowing staff were always available if required for anything. I would certainly stay here again.

Hotel was very suitable. We had an excellent room with a sea view. The food in the Hotel was plentiful & sufficient to suit everyone. The 2 boys that were the animation team were excellent putting everyone in a good mood. The resort itself is quiet but you can walk to Amadeus & Puerto Rico if you want. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel & we will certainly be back

H10 is a good hotel in a boring area.

No kids area or pool. Pool is too small. No activity for kids even so that it was advertised. Location is horrible, nowhere to walk, just round the corner looks like dumpster. Morgan is actually 10min drive, if you don’t have a car, you stuck. Shopping location is horrible. Rooms are very badly designed, shower just in a middle of room, and toilets with clear see through glass door. AC didn’t worked in any room. Try to avoid if you can. Or at least don’t trust advertising as you not going to get what you expect.

Food is repetitive Limited if you are dairy free items are not all labelled Reason for rating we booked a double bed Expedia charged extra for this and are now refusing to refund the supplement charged for a room they do not have Hotel was clean Drinks on all inclusive are rubbish local and not much choice Charges an extra 12 euros for coffee in room Entertainment team and staff only pay attention to French so if you are not I would pick a different resort

We booked a Junior Suite which proved to be a very good decision. It was very spacious and clean with a large balcony that included two very comfy sunbeds, two chairs and table plus hot tub. We did not use the pool area at all! Tea, coffee, bottled water, safe and pool towels included at no extra charge with the suite - these would have been expensive extras with other rooms. Our booking included breakfast and evening meal. Food was good but not amazing. We were not overly impressed with the drinks 'package' in the evening or the juices available at breakfast. Staff were all friendly and polite. We had one small issue during our stay that was dealt with very promptly, efficiently and with good humour. The area seemed very quiet and that suited us perfectly.

Nice hotel, in great condition with good facilities. Small things like needing to leave a cash deposit (who carries cash now?!) for pool towels and to pay for each exchange impact my rating slightly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have appreciated a courtesy room or some communal facilities (shower and hair dryer) to be available when the hotel is full so late check out isn't an option.

We got a great deal for this all inclusive hotel. reception team were fantastic. lucky to have received upgraded sea view rooms for the 3 rooms we had boooked as a family all close to each other on the first floor. The Labranda website states "Safety deposit boxes are free" with all inclusive however this changed 6 months ago and the website has not been updated. We were given these free of charge as an act of goodwill. We also hired beach towels for €10 each that were returned with the receipt and refunded at end of our stay. The all inclusive part was great. The pool bar had help your self San Miguel, Sangrua, Water, Fizzy Drinks and tea an coffee. If you wanted wine or spirits these were served by a bar tender. Also at pool bar were snacks servers from. 12 to 5 including chicken nuggets, chips, burgers, hot dogs and toasters. The main restaurant had a selection of drinks as above but with wine also on help yourself. Breakfast had cereal, cheese and hams, pastries, bread/toast, an egg/omelette station, fruit, yoguhurt beans, bacon etc Lunch typically had soup, salad, bread and various options of meal...usually a casseriole or curry and vegetarian. all with rice, potato, veg. Evening meals were similar in choice but there was a pizza pasta station and selection of desserts. One day a week at lunch there was a BBQ by the pool. Plenty to choose from however ask the chef to cook to your liking as his taste is different Would return as extremely clean and great value.

Close to the beach,restaurants, easy access of buses and taxis

No on site parking available so you have to compete with beach goers and have to drag your bags without direct access to the lobby. All inclusive food and drink are acceptable for a 3 star quality. You can pay for better quality liquors. Rooms are clean, modern and small. There is a small dark sandy beach shared with a large adjacent resort.

Hotel,staff and food were very good.Style of bathroom although functional left a lot to be desired (a glass bathroom).Entertainment should have been advertised more as good acts had small audiences.

Das Zimmer war gut. Das Personal schien ab und zu überfordert. Vermutlich zu wenig Personal. Die erhaltene Information beim Check-In war dürftig. Es hatte sich auch niemand angeboten beim Gepäck zu helfen, obwohl meine Frau in den ersten Tagen eine Krücke benutzen musste. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ok. Manchmal fehlt etwas die Abwechslung. Beim Check-In wissen wie darauf hinreisen, dass es einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel gibt aber nicht, dass man 100 m weiter kostenlos parken kann. Information über Ausflüge etc fehlte auch. Alles nicht weiter tragisch, aber bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwartet man etwas mehr.
