Loud obnoxious noises through the whole night, toilet didn’t work, no shower water pressure.

Excellent staff and a well stocked and diverse breakfast.

Great room layout for a multi day stay. Appreciated the kitchen, couch, dining table. Breakfast options were good and nice to have the indoor pool. Exercise room is small but serviceable. Overall, a good stay!

Great spot!

Overall, the stay was good, but I called the front desk for an item I needed and was told they would have it there, and when I went down to the lobby, they said that they couldn't locate any of them. I said that I would call down in 5 minutes to see if they found one, and was told to call in 10-15 minutes instead. I had a course to go to that morning, and needed to leave, so I never did get it. It wasn't busy in the lobby since it was early, so I was disappointed.

Hotel was great. 2 separate bedrooms. TV in every room. Pool is open late. No ice maker besides what was in the fridge.

All the staff members were so rude and dismissive. The girl checking me in was very rude and not friendly or helpful at all. Breakfast was awful. Cold, undercooked an no greeting from the kitchen lady whatsoever. Coffee was cold and terrible.

Our room was flooded, no one from the management contacted us and no help was offered packing our items up. We had to step through our flooded room with water pouring from the ceiling. The second room we were placed in had the fire alarm start going off at midnight and never stopped. We were off to room number 3 which the heat did not work in. I would never stay here again. Things happen, but no one reached out to us or offered any help.

Asked for a roll away bed. Front desk person said they would bring it. Never arrived. The thermostats were crazy and hot way too hot and way too cold (88 and 59). Didn’t stay where they were set to.

The hotel wqa very accommodating for our family, including our pets.

Great place to stay

The staff was very friendly. The condition of our room left something to be desired. There was visible water damage in the bathroom from the ceiling to the bottom of the door. There were areas of the room that had been completely missed as far as dusting or wiping down of any kind. The kitchenette cooktop had burnt on food. The shower door was loud when opening. I elected to lean what I could myself since there were several events going on in the area and it would have been difficult to find another hotel in that same price range.

When we used the hot tub it ruined my swimsuit by seriously bleaching the color out. I told the staff & showed them my suit but received no suggestions for compensation.
