Best customer service!

Everything was great.

Room was great other than changes need to be made to the bed base. This is a wood base that has sharp corners and sticks out from the side of the mattress. I hit my leg on it twice during my stay. When I mentioned it to girl at desk upon checkout she said they get lots of complaints but nothing ever changes.

The room was great and the staff was very kind.

Great clean and modern just a quick stroll to the airport and at a very low price, only downside was parking hard to find a spot had to drive around a few times

Airport shuttle is an excellent service. Easy to navigate, very kind and helpful driver. Arrived not long after we called the hotel. The front staff are amazing and efficient. We will always be staying at Hotel 11 when we visit Calgary..thank you for such a positive stay

The start of our stay with a prompt shuttle request was awesome. Our hotel stay for one night was recommended by a friend who had been at the hotel last year. Was not disappointed…staff at the front desk were very friendly and polite. Once we checked in the room which was very nice and roomy 😃 The lounge down stairs had a great happy hour and delicious food was enjoyed. Staff were very friendly and polite. Overall we enjoyed the one night stay and would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Staff were all incredibly friendly, the room was spotless, and the shuttle to the airport was on time. I’d stay here again without question.

Customer Service was very good at check in and check out . Room was good. We were very disappointed with the smell of the bathroom tap water very strong and bad smelling . We will not be returning though unless something can be done . .

Very rude front desk. Hounded me for another credit card when I checked in, as I only had $200 credit available. I prepaid through Hotels.com, but she still wanted room and tax plus incidentals on my card. Asked me if I knew anyone else in Calgary with a credit card. Then she was still there upon check out. She gave us a late check out, but yelled at us when we needed a new key to access our room to retrieve more luggage. Threatened to charge us another night because we were bringing down luggage too slowly. The hotel was very nice, amazing steam shower, but the service was terrible. I won't book here again.
