Very good!!

The design of the property, all the details of the room, the pool was unique, clean and quiet.

We stayed for one night and liked our stay. The room was spacious, had what we needed. Breakfast was included and the staff were friendly and quick to serve. Overall, the property is located in a quiet area abd felt secluded from the busy streets outside.

The hacienda is very nice, we really used the room for it's proximity to Chichen-Itza Pyramids. All in all good for what we needed.

Very beautiful resort style hotel, everything is fine just WIFI in my room is weak that I have to pull a chair stay next to the door to get WiFi signal

Is a nice hotel but if you don’t have a car you would have to walk almost 2 km to reach the center of the city with narrow sidewalks. Taxis are not to easy to get if you are walking, but the hotel can call a cab for you. I had problems in my room with internet/wifi, but the hotel staff promptly moved me to another room.

We loved our stay here. The property is clean and beautiful and our room exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant hotel with kind staff, breakfast, a pool, in a quiet area just five minutes drive from Centro in Valladolid. Would stay again.
