Đã đi nghỉ nhiều lần ở phú quốc chưa bao giờ bị mất gì nên thường chẳng mấy khi để ý đồ dùng mà đây là lần đầu tiên ở lại bị mất 2 mini size nước hoa dù chẳng đáng gì nhưng thật sự quá thất vọng. Số hotline được nhân viên hướng dẫn để gọi thì gọi 3 lần chẳng lần nào có người bắt máy. Phòng cũ, đèn phòng cái còn cái hỏng nói chung là một trải nghiệm thất vọng, sẽ không bao giờ quay lại

Everything is good except the beach is far away and not clean.

The lights were dark, there were snakes, and the towels did not bring in. The hotel was built and I had a baby saying the priority for noise-free rooms was also difficult

The resort is conveniently located - within walking distance (1.5km) of the town center. Fresh and gentle staff. However, the garden is poorly maintained, the big wave beach is not bathed, the restaurant and spa are closed early, the beach bar and pool bar are not working -> the service cannot be used in the resort.

The room was very nice and comfortable, except the pool landscape is bit messy and old facility.

If the hotel ranked 4 stars, it is not true to the quality. Just entering the room, the floor is very dirty. Summary is not clean!

Location is good. There are nearby restaurants which are convenient for your lunch and dinner. Swimming pool is large. Height 1.45 m. Staff are friendly. Foods are good but need more variety.

Resort with snakes. I told the guards that they said it was normal for them to be overgrown with snakes. In the evening, turn off the electricity in front of the room to make your way dark. Asked the sun protection is not dark enough or stars that turn off the electricity again. At the resort, each child has to turn on the flashlight to see the way @@. Without lights, stepping on snakes or snakes would surely answer that snake bite is too much!

The 4-star hotel in front of the tranquil street in the center stretches out to the sea and has a very good swimming pool here.

Breakfast is a little bit lacking, mostly western food, because the hotel is very rare Vietnamese people. Mosquitoes are large and very large. Everything else is ok.

The scenery at the resort is very beautiful, the food is delicious but a bit Western style, the service of the staff is very enthusiastic, although I have bothered the reception desk a lot but the attitude of the staff is not uncomfortable , very good and very professional. Rooms are clean and airy, need to be redecorated and cleaned a little because old bricks should make the resort lose points.

I had 2 wonderful days in Phu Quoc with Richis. All services at this resort are great. I have a chance to come back.

Richis has many green trees, spacious and clean. The beach is steep, but the waves are calm and the water is very clear. Clean swimming pool. Staff at the beach and pool are very enthusiastic and cute. The restaurant cooks lunch and dinner quite good, good price, 1 servings a lot. The majority of Western food is served with breakfast, most of which are European, with a courteous and quiet atmosphere. There is a children's area with lots of toys. Richis has actively contacted guests for free airport transfers. Everything is great. Thanks to Richis for helping us make a great trip.

Everything's fine. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms. Only thing is that some rooms are not covered wifi strong, need to fix. But if the opportunity will be next time.
