All hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, always offer help with smiles making me feel like home. This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel with complete satisfaction. For sure I will stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

The staff is friendly, even though it is a 3 star hotel, the rooms are clean.

The facilities are excellent, and the price is still affordable. There's a refrigerator, kettle, TV, and water heater. If I ever get the chance to visit Bangkok again, I'll definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, I took a late flight, arrived at the hotel at 12:30 at night, there was still a happy staff to help check in

The location is very strategic. Just walking distance to Tofu, Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, etc. The hotel & room are small but clean. The bed is very comfortable. The hot water is on. If you just need a comfortable sleep, this hotel is perfect for you.

Room as pictured, spacious and comfortable for 2 people It's a pity that there is no chair in the room, but everything else is great. I often go out at noon so I leave a room cleaning sign and when I come back the room is cleaned. I checked in at 1am and the staff was still waiting for my room I checked out 1 hour late but the hotel was still happy to support All the staff are friendly There are many restaurants in front of the hotel, Pratunam market

I didn't take a picture but the hotel location is really close to the market. There is also food in front of the hotel if you want to shop in Pratunam, it's really good here. The room is also quite spacious compared to other hotels in Pratunam market

The bedroom & bathroom are very clean even though the room is a bit small, not to mention the location is really strategic & yesterday we got a promo price.

This hotel is actually very close to platinum fashion mall, close to various culinary and pratunam market, but the first time looking for it on googlemaps was confusing. After asking here and there, I finally found it in a small alley. The receptionist is friendly, the room is clean, but the toileters are incomplete.

The hotel is really good, close to everywhere to the shopping center. After shopping a lot, you can stop by the hotel first to put your stuff. The room is not too spacious, but it's still okay to open your suitcase, to pray even though it's narrow, you can still do it. The bathroom is quite spacious. It's just okay to go to the bus or train, but not too far. I'll come here again if I go to Bangkok again. The downside is that the AC is not cold enough and the wifi was off on the last day.
