Nice clean hotel in a quiet leafy part of the city. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the hot water is good. The staff are friendly and efficient. Kind of annoying though that when the lift isn’t operating you have to take the stairs. Okay I get it, it’s a small hotel and maybe they are saving energy. But the light sensors don’t work so good and it goes dark in the stairwell when the light is most needed! Come on guys fix the lights so nobody has an accident!

It was the worst of all stays we've had so far. Let's start with the fact that it appeared that the room was infested with bedbugs that have bitten the kids badly. This is not something that you would expect in a hotel. Also the employees of this hotel are misogynists in their purest form. Combine this with an incident during our stay, where a bathroom mirror suddenly fell off the wall due to faulty installation on weak, bent metal hooks (this is so unbelievable that we decided to provide photos). Had anyone been nearby, a serious injury would have been inevitable. Fortunately, we were out of the room when it happened. But wait for it. Instead of an apology, we were treated like criminals. The main hotel staff member – loud, aggressive, openly misogynistic – refused to speak to my wife "because she's a woman" and threatened to throw us out along with our three children unless we pay for the so-called damages. I had no choice but to call the police. Despite this, we were forced to pay 200EUR for the mirror, even though it clearly fell due to negligent installation. It is worth noting that there are also visible holes from previous installation – it probably fell down as well. The hotel itself is in terrible technical condition: visible damage everywhere, including a loose ventilation cover falling from the ceiling and a window with what appears to be a bullet hole. A shower curtain is tied up with a string. Shower cabins are missing – likely removed after previous breakages. It seems guests are being blamed and charged for poor-quality fittings. Holes and glue from the previous installation are visible. Despite repeated attempts to tuck the curtains into the shower tray, water leaks from all sides, causing the bathroom to flood.

Pretty decent hotel. It's near a metro, so you can ride it for 3.50 euros into the city center (about ten minutes.) The room was fine, a little bit warm at times without AC but big windows to open for a breeze. Did not have an issue here other than one night our key card didn't work for the after hours door (right of the main doors) so we had to call the posted emergency number and wait for staff to come open the door and then our room door. (If you are bothered by sound, you will not like the metro sound all day, but we didn't mind that personally.)

Really lovely hotel, big rooms with all you need supplied. It is very close to multiple stations and it is easy to get into Berlin. The staff were incredibly accommodating and absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

I really recommend. Nice service, clean rooms, it was silent. Everything was great. Also it was possible to heat the bathroom, big plus for me. Only shame there are no kettles inside the room and cutlery would be nice too e.g. for eating the ordered food. So please think about it ;)
