The staff was great. The breakfast was awesome. The only issue was room temperature. They know it’s an issue so hopefully it will be addressed. If we ever came back to stay in this area we would stay there again.

My car got broken into while in the parking lot. They busted out my back passenger window and tried to use a screw driver to start the car. I had to rent a car to get back home since my car wasn’t drivable.

The hotel is remodeled and nice. We did not have shampoo or body wash. I asked for more on two occasions and we never got any for our stay. Another customer had their car vandalized in the hotel parking lot across the street. It was the car parked near ours. They said they have someone checking the lot, but they have to check three lots. The car was not drivable. We were lucky. The employees were nice, but there are issues.

When we arrived, Check in was quick and easy. That unfortunately is where the good parts end. We got to our room to find the door unlocked, beds were a mess, towels on the floor and trash on the desk. They did quickly get us into a clean fresh room but then we continued to have issues with the AC which was apparently a known issue. Our alarm decided to go off at 3am which none of us had set and woke everyone up. Checkout was easy and quick as well but the breakfast was very lackluster for a hotel charging $180 for a single night's stay.

We’ve traveled heavily for volleyball this season. Mostly, we’ve stayed at Marriott hotels. No breakfast, no microwave or fridge in rooms, and outrageous parking. Hampton didn’t give us any of those problems. We will be choosing Hampton from now on.

Hotel lobby was nice and friendly staff. Our room was super warm. I had to go to the front desk five different time the first two days we were there because the air conditioner was not working in our room. The front desk helpers told me each time they were resetting it and it should be working. We were in town for a softball tournament and came back to a hot hotel room two days in a row. Finally on the fifth time I asked them to get someone to come look at it the lady at the front desk got it set from their area in the back. Breakfast was okay and the seating area was nice. Lots of random and homeless people outside the hotel. We are from a small town so we didn’t feel safe to be out after dark.

The fitted sheet had a black stain on it. When we went down for breakfast, cold eggs, few sausage patties. Trash cans overflowing. I would not stay here again.

When we arrived, our room was freezing. We have no control over the thermostat. Did not appreciate that. Never seen that before and we stay in Hampton inn a lot. Disappointing there was no fruit on the breakfast bar whatsoever. Coffee pot was empty. No soap in shower. Bed was comfortable

Great location especially if staying for a concert at the T-Mobile arena, didn’t like our room location. First floor by the elevator in which you hear everytime it’s being used. Our room didn’t have a window which was very unusual. Felt confined. Shower door didn’t stay closed while using.
