We checked in and had to climb 4 flights of stairs with our heavy bags. The AC in the room wasn’t working. The room was extremely small. The bathroom door was stopped from opening all the way by the bed. Barely enough room for our suitcases. Since they didn’t have a restaurant, despite having a menu in the room, Claude the front desk guy was kind enough to serve us beer that was on tap, and went to the pizza place himself to get our food since we didn’t have a car of our own. The people were very nice.

A decent room with enough comfort for a stop over stay. Owner was very helpful and welcoming. The area is an industrial estate but don't let that put you off. It felt safe and you can ignore it is close to the trains. Didn't hear them running overnight.

The attitude of the lady on reception ruined our holiday! When I booked this room, I emailed twice to ask for a late check in as we would be arriving after their advertised check in.. I had NO reply from either email. I then called and a lady answered and I asked if a late check in was possible and she said it would be fine.. But when arriving the place was deserted, the doors were open and the lights were on, someone was clearly in the middle of making their dinner with loud music playing! When I went looking for someone, I saw the staff bedroom was open and looked like a pig lived in there and the smell was atrocious. When the receptionist finally arrived she was extremely rude and unwelcoming, she huffed and puffed, tutted under her breath and had a go at me for not calling her to ask for a late check in. She wouldn’t have it, even with me trying to explain a had called and sent several emails. She was so very very rude to us! The attitude of this lady and our Experience of being left waiting for 30 minutes, scared my son so badly he was physically shaking, being autistic he couldn’t cope with this situation and it ruined his/our whole trip. Horrific experience!!

Hotel is in an industrial area, close to a truck depot and a rail line. Overall it is rundown and should be torn down.

The staff is great. My grandson left his prize stuffed horse in the room. They found it and mailed it back to us in the US - not questions asked at their expense. I am so grateful!!! The hotel itself is clean and our room was spacious. The area around the hotel is “industrial” but was safe and quiet. It was about 20 minutes to Disney and about 10 minutes to Meaux. The value was worth the drive.

This is a budget hotel in an industrial estate. The room is nice enough but the bed was uncomfortable - too soft. Poor value for money.

There was no warning until I had booked that check - in closed at 10pm and I had a late arrival. When I called I was told the only option was to send an email to a bizarre looking email address with my credit card details expiry date and security code!!! They charge €20 to check in late but all they do is send you a code to open a safe deposit box so I don’t understand why that costs €20. The room smelt of BO and needed hoovering.

Very hot room, with no air con or staff with the ability to get an alternative like a fan. Open the window to mosquitoes and the sound of industrial estate and the train track directly behind. No sleep and no sympathy from the staff even though we explained in French. Not in Meaux. Need to drive. Internet was inconsistent Rooms looked as advertised.

can u please send my money back case the hotel was loocked door and i ring the bel for 40 minytes without any answer or response . i cant reach any hotel till sune shine . pleas send my money back ASAP . REGARDS

Nice staff but not a desirable location being right next to a haulage train track. No air conditioning and if you open the window you hear train noise every 10 to 15 mins! Sink plug did not open Very small room for 2 double beds Not worth the price

The shower was incredible after a long day around Disney it was needed and the bed comfortable to. The hotel dose exactly what you want. Would recommend for people who want to go to Disney but not pay stupid Disney hotel prices.

The primary reason we stayed at this hotel was because it was advertised as being 6.5miles away from Disneyland Paris. In fact 10miles via at least 4 roundabouts. The hotel can't help the roundabouts but they've got to be honest in their advertising. It took at least 20mins and if you're not confident driving in France you are not going to want to do this drive. That said, the drive does go through some gorgeous countryside. The hotel is located in a run down industrial estate, but the town of Villenoy is within walking distance. There is a railway line very close to the hotel where freight trains regularly go by. However the windows are very good at blocking out the noise at night I wasn't disturbed once. There was no air conditioning in our room so we had the dilemma of hot quiet room or cooler noisy room at times. The room was of a good size with a king size bed. The bathroom was a really good size but for some reason the sink was set back along side the shower. So if you're particularly broad shouldered you would have to brush your teeth sideways on. The room was clean and modern. Two gripes about the housekeeping on day 3 our pillows didn't get there pillow cases back and on day 4 the housekeeping wasn't done at all. Perhaps whoever was doing it had an off day. The staff were excellent, courteous and friendly and all spoke very good English. There's free WiFi, Free parking and an option for a continental Breakfast at €8 pp per day. One final note there is no lift.

Nice small hotel, wonderfull staff. Very clean and the staff speaks English. Not as close to Disney as we wanted but overall a good find for a great price.

Great budget hotel in no frills location delivered what it says on the tin.

Nous avons réservé ce hôtel pour passer une nuit lors de notre weekend à Disneyland Paris. Nous n'avons pas été déçus, bien au contraire, l'accueil a été fort sympathique, le personnel répond présent en toutes circonstances. La chambre est vraiment très belle et très propre, ainsi que la salle confortable. Le lit est très propre et confortable. Global nous avons passer une très bonne soirée un bon séjour dans cet hôtel, je le recommande.

A part la vue et le site où l'on entend les trains passer, le reste est correct pour une nuit voire deux

bon hôtel pour 3 jours.situation calme proche du centre ville ou il y a de quoi se restaurer.Seul b mol matelas beaucoup trop mou .Bon accueil et très propre.Petit dej bien (bon croissant et pain au chocolat) jus d orange trop acide
