Newly decorated room so pristine. Mattress coukd be better as a topper isn't the answer to everything especially on a soft mattress. The bath was big enough for me to gain my 25m breast stroke badge!

Just really friendly hotel I shall stay again for sure

The staff are really helpful and welcoming. The room is lovely, with a sitting room and bathroom. It is very clean and in a good state of repair. The food was also very good

Room was ok not worth £85, the shower was cold and no pressure, the bed was really uncomfortable. Our room wasn’t in the hotel either it was like a little separate chalet that we were told to drive around to and when we got there we couldn’t park as people had parked in front of our chalet

A wonderful stay. Very comfortable room with additional seatingbarea and fridge. Loved the access to Netflix and Amazon because others before me hadn't cleared their accounts! Evening meal was very reasonable and the breakfast must be one the best I have had for a very long time.

Quiet and comfortable overnight stay. Excellent service. The novel accomodation is roomy but starting to show signs of it's age. Excellent breakfast. Nice ground's over looking fields . Overall VFM .

Whilst the hotel looks a little tired from the outside, the reception, bar & restaurant looked lovely and there was a nice atmosphere. The hotel had an event so was very busy, but the staff were attentive albeit under a bit of pressure but were efficient & friendly. The room was spacious & comfortable- it was in a little bungalow away from the main hotel.

The only thing that stopped this hotel experience being five star across the board was the hairdryer…it’s a pet hate of mine when hotels provide teeny tiny hairdryers that don’t really do much more than move your hair around a bit. Lol. Otherwise this stay was absolute great in every way. A real gem and we will be back.

I have stayed here before, and had the same room! Very happy with it and intend to stay here again in November!

Apart from a few cleanliness issues which we informed reception about we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious and the grounds are lovely. We will definitely stay again.

Rooms are in good order. Staff are Amazing! Had an issue with my booking, but they went above and beyond to look after me.

The reception staff were very friendly when I arrived, with a new receptionist (it was her 1st day), who was being trained. They were very helpful and explained the details of my stay, including where and how to get to my room. The room itself was absolutely wonderful. It felt more like an apartment than a room, with a reception area (tea/coffee facilities and a mini fridge), a large bathroom with a seperate bath and shower, and a large living area and bedroom area with King size bed. I felt truly spoilt. The restaurant staff were lovely also and nothing was too much trouble. There was another new employee in the bar area on my second night, who did very well, even though he looked very nervous!

Great staff that were flexible with my arrival times. Room was comfortable and clean, exactly what I needed.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Beautiful jr suite, spotless, staff genuinely wanted to help and were friendly. Value for money was amazing as we stayed on a Sunday and Monday.

We did a one night stop over. Staff very friendly, food very good. We will definitely stay again when passing.

Space between wc and bath / shower needs some attention. A toilet brush would help room 21
