Upon arrival we were disappointed with the neighborhood and the condition of the property. The pictures made this place look clean and lively. The place was old and run down. I’m not sure if they are trying to embrace the vintage nature of the building or are just too cheap to make some upgrades. Our room was in the 17th floor. Great city views at night! However, the room itself was no better than a Red Roof in. Cracked frames on the wall, water stains on the ceiling, bathroom shower was moldy (probably bc the exhaust fan was broken). Had we not been short on time- I would have requested a different room. For almost $200 a night on a Tuesday I would expect a little more quality accommodations.
In all fairness, the staff seemed lovely and the bed was comfortable. Would I come back, hell no. This place makes me rethink the Radisson brand!!
