Bed were well used

Everything was great clean rooms etc

Liked its proximity to the Cleveland Clinic. Did not like the area around it. Not a very safe side of town however they exist for the Clinic and it was a short walk, 7 minutes. Only had one encounter requesting money or food. Room was dirty, noisy and toilet seat nearly came off. I did secure it. Shower was very difficult to adjust temperature. Could not get a bill to actually what I was charged. Just told it would be sent to me, too late to dispute if necessary.

It was nice being so close to Cleveland Clinic. The wait staff in Moce was top notch, especially Jasmine. I had to extend my stay and it was very simple to do. The people at the front desk were very nice and easy to work with.

The majority of staff at the hotel need a great deal of training in customer service. They were inattentive, slow, unfriendly and forgetful. It really had a negative impact on my stay.

It was very clean.

Lack luster

Be aware since I didn't see it listed anywhere that this is a VALET only parking hotel. There is no regular parking. This does make it tough when you're on a time constraint BUT that being said the hotel was nice, the staff was great.

Everything was great. Only suggestion is to widen menu offerings at restaurant on site.

Very close to Cleveland Clinic. Neighborhood around the clinic is not that great. However, this property is convenient, lean and accommodating.

Upon arrival we were disappointed with the neighborhood and the condition of the property. The pictures made this place look clean and lively. The place was old and run down. I’m not sure if they are trying to embrace the vintage nature of the building or are just too cheap to make some upgrades. Our room was in the 17th floor. Great city views at night! However, the room itself was no better than a Red Roof in. Cracked frames on the wall, water stains on the ceiling, bathroom shower was moldy (probably bc the exhaust fan was broken). Had we not been short on time- I would have requested a different room. For almost $200 a night on a Tuesday I would expect a little more quality accommodations. In all fairness, the staff seemed lovely and the bed was comfortable. Would I come back, hell no. This place makes me rethink the Radisson brand!!

Front desk staff wasn’t as friendly as my prior staff. Housekeeping only refreshed my room once during my entire stay. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. The experience was different from my first visit. The buffet staff was wonderful. Very friendly and professional

This property is excellent!! I only had one complaint. The homeless man in the lobby Saturday morning smelled very badly. Should have kicked him out!!

It was exactly as expected.

The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient for the clinic with shuttles running to and from the clinic all the time, you never have to wait long for one to get you to and from appointments. The area is not the greatest especially after dark. Watch yourself.

Overall, my experience with this hotel was good. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean. The staff were extremely courteous. I didn’t like the fact that parking on the street was the only alternative to their valet parking. The food from the hotel was okay. The cost was reasonable.

Great hotel with the mission of providing service to those in need of support for their loved one. Limited options in the area besides the hotel for food options. Sunday buffet was a disappointment and the serving dishes were dirty.

Clean convenient

In addition to the excellent service received, I want to bring special attention to the restaurant on property. I enjoyed the best meal of my stay in Cleveland right inside of the hotel. During my stay in Cleveland, I dined at some amazing venues in downtown Cleveland. None of the venues served the upscaled quality I received at the hotel. The food was so great, I'd travel from Atlanta, Georgia back to Cleveland, Ohio just to eat at the Hotel Restaurant.
