Clean, very strategic location, just walk across to Dontonburi.

Perfect location, only 3 mins walk from Dotonburi, 6 mins walk to Nippombashi. Very convenient, highly recommended!

Good location, there is a convenience store near Dotonbori, close to the station, there is a bus to the airport just a 5 minute walk.

I stayed here for 4 nights, the AC in the room has no AC temperature control settings, so the room feels stuffy, the room is hot and not cold, I have complained to the hotel staff but there is no solution and responsibility, only given a solution to be given a fan or open the room window, this hotel is not clean and there is no AC in the room, only a room temperature heater. the lobby is also not cold, the cold temperature in the lobby also depends on the temperature outside the hotel when the hotel door is open when guests enter, the cold wind from outside the hotel enters the lobby. the location is very strategic, close to the Nipponbashi MRT station, near minimarkets and Dotonbori and Sinsai Bashi, lots of culinary delights. Amenities are quite good, only there are no face masks. This hotel has a very small room size compared to other hotels in Osaka. coin laundry machines are only 3 if used by people, they are always left for a long time not taken so that many users cannot use the laundry machine. the hotel is very uncomfortable because you can't sleep in a hot room and it is not recommended to stay in Osaka.

The price is worth it. Everything is okay. It's just that it's a central air-conditioning system, so it's quite hot.

Self check in/out. The receptionist staff are less friendly. The hotels close from Dotonbori, but super crowd especially in the lobby. The space of the room really small to pack or unpack my stuff. The center wifi is very slow.

We had a problem with the app booking us a smoking room when the voucher said non-smoking, but the kind hotel staff found us an alternative room. Very close to the train station and also dotonbori. Breakfast was quite complete and delicious, especially the soba.

The lobby is super spacious but unfortunately the room itself is so small. People would think it's a big hotel by seeing the lobby but turns out the room space is just like an average cheap monthly rent room in my country. The location is great. Other than the room space, I think it's a good hotel.

Near to dotombori. They have amenities such as bath powder, sleeping yukata, any instant drinks and you can take as much as you want. But please don't waste it. You can drink the tap water (I can't do it at my hotel in tokyo and kyoto)

Sotetsu Hotel is strategically located because it is right across from Dotonburi. But for me personally, I don't really like it because it's crowded. The hotel is also close to the subway station. If you go from the airport to the hotel using a limousine bus, you will get off at Doton Plaza and it will be 3 minutes to the hotel. The room itself is still okay and standard for Japanese hotels in general.

The living space in the room is too small. You have to bring your luggage and open it on the bed, which will stain the mattress because it is a wheeled suitcase.
