The hotel was nice and front desk staff welcoming and helpful. I was not impressed with the area around the hotel. It seemed like the streets were empty except for homeless people.

Great experience, and will definitely be back here when I’m in Louisville again. Much better than the Galt House and more affordable. Great coffee and breakfast, very clean rooms.

Super nice hotel. Everything appeared modern and clean. Beds were comfy. Housekeeping came everyday. It was quiet. Hot breakfast was great. I would stay here again if I ever return to Louisville. Thank you.

Clean room and building. Security guard during evening hours. Parking is in the ramp next door but it's only a few steps from the front door of the hotel.

We came for a conference and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. Parking took a moment to figure out and was a bit pricey, but I'm not sure how it compared to other places. All in all, it was a great experience. We would stay there again.

Came to see a show at The Performing Arts Center. Hotel was within walking distance of show and great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend. Staff was wonderful!! Very helpful, accommodating and kind.

This was an excellent stay everything was outstanding

Everything was top notch except air conditioning unit fan was extremely loud and had a high pitched whine. Was hard to hear and sleep at some points. Bed was very comfortable.

Was so refreshing after staying in a dive motel for the day before and day of the Kentucky Derby. Good value for the room price.

Got charged a 25 USD per room security deposit …not sure what for as there is no minibar. I did not consume anything but deposit is not being returned so far.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, nice rooms, bathrooms a little run down.. Central location
