Great hotel and service!

We had a wonderful stay at Vincci Liberdade - rooms were great with modern clean bathrooms and awesome staff that helped us with transportation reservations and restaurant reservations-highly recommend staying here when visiting Lisboa!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Close to everything. Excellent staff. Great showers and comfortable beds. Keven and Catalina, are some of the great staff members that made our stay amazing!

Excellent hotel and staff was very attentive.

In a quiet neighborhood off Liberdade. Easy walk to downtown in exclusive shopping street. Loved location and hotel staff. Clean, comfortable and ample space. The breakfast was excellent with array of fresh fruit, pastries and made to order eggs.

Good location near city center, about 20 minute walk. In safe upscale neighborhood. Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

I saw a small stain on one the pillows which I quickly just tossed aside. The walk in shower wasn’t ideal. It used a shower curtain and water easily got all over the bathroom. I only stayed one night to catch a connecting flight. Overall very comfortable and hotel was located in a nice area.

Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service and amazing location.

It is definitely in the high rent district but very interesting stores. Lovely park area all along the walk and we found a tuk tuk parking area not too far from the hotel so ended up with a great guide and tours.

Walkable to shop, dine and metro. Quiet surroundings, the breakfast buffet good and staffs are great service. Definitely worth it.

Staff is very friendly at check-in. Also serve very good breakfast with great options.

The only criticism is the ridiculous toilet. It was the height and size of a child’s toilet in an elementary school! Uncomfortable for anyone over 150cm/5 feet tall. Who’s idea was this?

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Hotel restaurant is good, and Av. De Liberdade is wonderful for running, or taking a long promenade to the waterfront. Very happy with this choice.

Staff were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Restaurant staff was good and well priced. Rooms were spacious, well designed and clean. Amenities were great. As a runner, proximity to Avenida da Liberdade was perfect for easy run to the water and back. Overall very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.

Great property, centrally located. Didn't get to enjoy the pool but definitely consider this property for your future stay in Lisbon! A city on my top 5 cities!
