I've just checked in about 20 minutes. I wanted to take a bath after a long hot day. I turned on bathroom faucet and out burst the dirtiest brown water. I thought to give it time maybe it will clear up. After a few minutes there was no change. I took out my phone and started recording. I then walked to the office to tell them the problem and the clerk with a defensive attitude said give it time. I recorded the conversation along with recording of this awful bad smells room . How can Expedia associate themselves with this business that just dont care about health standards and worse customer service. I want my full refund plus an apology for this kind of service.

The room was smelly musky oder.

Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Shower was clean and had great water pressure in my room

Main gripe was the rude staff. Room looked dirty and unkept. Questionable smell in the room made me gag when first walking in.

It’s one thing to pay for your entire stay when booked on line but then to have to pay another fee, cash when you arrive on top of that. Plus they are all rude in that office. Probably won’t stay again.

Close to restaurant

Music all loud till 5am that's ridiculously I had to leave the hotel hope to get my money back

Check in was at 3 pm and they didnt let us check in tell 5 pm Staff qas very rude

and the breakfast absolutely sucks.

There’s a homeless in the site walking around.

It was a wonderful experience.

Getting ahold of the staff the front office and getting any kind of help with a bad video controller was okay and kind of tough. When it came time for help check out could not absolutely reach anybody in the office under any circumstances and had to leave without any documentation of the visit. Very unsatisfactory.

The stay was ok a best. The lady didn't believe that I had a reservation. But I had the confirmation email.

This place is beyond ghetto. It is in a dangerous area and service from staff is non-existent.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this hotel is horrible, found used condoms wraps and Vaseline on the floor while looking for a plug. I paid for a two bedroom suite and got 1 bedroom and a bed on the entrance which was the “second bedroom” and doors that didn’t close in the one bedroom and bathroom.

Quiet not alot of people or traffic. Good television no ashtraud in a smoking room

It was absolutely horrible I had a crackhead lady knock on my door for 3 hours straight when I first heard the knocking I called downstairs and made them aware they did nothing, I checked in pretty late and they couldn't even give me a Wi-Fi password until 1 in the morning then they want to kick me out extra early when I asked him to have some sympathy with me and extend my time so I can extend another day.

Someone broke into the room and stole all of my brothers stuff . Front desk would not call the police. Told him to go across the street and use a pay phone No security footage on the property. That’s what we were told . Very poor place to stay
