The ocean view was nice. Not enough places to eat within the hotel. The shower made a mess with water on the floor after showering

Our stay was good. The pool and the staff fantastic. The only bad part is we had multiple problems with the first room. We changed rooms which unfortunately that room had problems as well. Staff didn't offer any type of compensation for us having to change rooms and then still having problems. Luckily, It was a short stay.

I love everything! THE VIEW‼️😍 BREAKFAST WAS 10/10‼️‼️ SERVICE, FOOD, VERY VERY VERY CLEAN & SMELLS GOOD ALL THE TIME, WALKING DISTANCE TO THE METRO STATION...MALECON😍 I WILL GO BACK 4 SURE‼️💯

Nice view

The property is located in a very safe and tranquil area. Easy access to transportation to visit the Colonial Zone. Far from beaches but great views to the ocean. The only disappointment was the restaurant.

The best breakfast is in Catalonia! Excellent Service and great location. Will repeat this stay again!

Muy buena atencion de todo el personal

I did like the faciliy, specially the breakfast and lounge area. Staff is friendly and professional. What i didn't like is that you have to pay for parking and there's not much to do around the area.

the room was a good size and clean. the best part about the stay was the hot water and the shower head was amazing. it was almost like a spa. just beautiful. i could have stayed in the room and slept for a week. the house keeper on the twelth floor was very attenative. i asked where was the ice machine and she said call room service. before i closed my door the ice was being handed to me. they are good. thank you
