Booked a suite on the app, the room picture was like that but got a small room

Their staff are really friendy, not every staff can speak english, but they are helpful and friendly. The room is so clean

The hotel has no parking, poor soundproofing room, almost no soundproof, locked the room at a time, standing in the room locked the left door is still open. Should consider when staying

Everything is good besides water in the shower didn't go down the drain. Also, there's still stuff on the stairs. I understand that the hotel is probably finishing up everything but there should be other ways to keep that away from your guests to see.

It was clean and tidy but sound proof not good (the door could not closed completely), air conditioner too old and noisy, bathroom had no shower gel (only body lotion). I didn't take breakfast so no comment. Location is great.

I book the Suite but give me another room without notice. I reflect to be answered. If there is a problem with the room you choose, the staff should also explain to the guest before checking in. I have reported that late check-out is subject to additional charge. The employee asked what the specific time is? I told 5pm and was told that if 5pm, it would count half a day as 400k. But when I pay at 2pm, I still have to pay 400k. I went to Hanoi many times and other hotels did not charge so much.
