Decided to splurge on this place because it offered a hot tub, gym, and laundry. None of which worked when I got there.

Overall the place is very nice. It's in an area with tons of restaurants and fun places to go. The rooms were great. My only issues are as follows, the bed was very firm, pillows are squares and not like an actual pillow, and the low flow shower head really unacceptable. I am a big guy so these things are not helpful. I would consider a stay there again if I couldn't find a room at a hotel I frequent when I come in to town.

Staff went above and beyond. Made us fell at home..we had unexpected repairs being done at home and were not having a good weekend. Thanks again for your professionalism and humanity

Parking was easy. Check in was good.

Always a great value! The security guard is always alert and gives a most appreciated sense of safety. Front desk is always courteous and helpful

The queen beds they offer are not queen size. The refrigerator was not working and I had to get new keys every day.

Ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. The weird thing here was on the breakfast because the hot breakfast plates were already prepared. (It is not common)

Traveling through and stopped for the night. Very nice, comfortable bed, clean, quiet, very large room

Convenience Easy IHW35 access. Always welcomed by staff and brakefast is well served. Property can use more cleaning in the general areas. Rooms are great and neat.
