Motel room need some TLC.

Run down building inside and it was right next to the hotel billiard table and a noisy crowd outside the door until midnight, This is the worst stay we have ever had.

The room is clean and comfortable ,great value ,good food and Staff.

Clean, basic accommodation, perfect for a stopover. Great value for money. Fantastic food available in the bistro for both lunch and dinner. Hotel is in a good location, close to town centre, there’s plenty of parking and staff are friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

All round cracking place

Was good I enjoyed it only thing was a bit of a walk to the shops but close to servos and also very friendly staff

Good food good atmosphere Bit noisy due to the traffic but not terrible.

Lights not working, shared toilet broken, inconsiderate other guest leaving tv running all night so got very little sleep. No way of complaining about noise at night.

Great location - on the highway. Note that the rooms are adjacent to the beer garden which isn’t a massive issue but can be noisy.

Staff are always lovely and always helpful. Happy to answer any questions place always clean. Never had a problem. Always stay here when I stay in Singleton.

Great pub, great food and friendly staff. Bathroom was ablittle worse for wear but it was clean and great water pressure in the shower. Moo was a legend. Thanks for a great overnight stay
