This was my first stay at the craigside, i had a lovely clean room and everything in it i needed. With excellent breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and very friendly. I am looking to book my single room again for 2026.

I stayed here for two nights whilst in the area for business. I didn't have the breakfast so afraid I can't comment on that. The host was very friendly and helped with directions to the town etc. and the room was comfortable with everything I needed.

Really nice greating,very clean room all amenities are 💯, breakfast time at 8.30am multiple menu(full English was lovely)served with tea, coffee orange/apple juice etc,5min walk to the beach skeggy/high street and train station, definitely recommend you won't be disappointed I'm definitely returning again💯😁

The place was lovely and the hosts couldn't do enough for you. Very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, neat and perfectly equipped. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Room was cosy and well stocked with tea and coffee etc Would recommend and stay again

Really good location. Hosts were lovely and friendly, breakfast was really nice and room had everything i needed. Ample parking on the street so don't be put off by no parking advertised. Close to centre and all attractions. I'd stay again, thank you.

Comfortable stay nice and quiet and a very good breakfast.Had to keep reminding myself about the low ceiling in my room!

1st off Kat is a very welcoming host who is very helpful, happy to help and is really friendly and making sure your stay is pleasant. Rooms are clean, comfortable. Breakfasts are 10/10 , giving enough option so there is something for everyone. Stayed 2 nights woth husband and daughter. 5 min walk to pleasure beach. Would stay again.

Excellent stay with friendly hosts. Comfortable and cosy ensuite room with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Very good, freshly cooked breakfast. Ample on street parking available and within 5-10 minutes walk of Skegness Pier and easy driving distance to Butlins. I would certainly stay again if seeking bed and breakfast accommodation in Skegness.

I had a very comfortable stay. Tea and coffee facilities in the room which was nice. Can’t fault it.

Lovely place to stay.. Rooms were very clean good value and friendly hosts.. Nice and quiet at night when your trying to sleep..and a very good quality breakfast would definitely recommend staying here.

Very friendly welcome upon arrival. Room was spotlessly clean. Comfy bed, good bathroom. Excellent value for money.

Great location. Easy check in. Fab breakfast options. Nice room and bathroom. Lovely hosts, would definitely look to stay here again if returned back to Skegness as only a couple of mins walk from front and town centre.
