When there were issues with our room that was originally assigned to us, the staff on duty, Kenneth, was very accommodating and gave us an even better room with a great view!

Want pool and hot tub to be open

This is not a hotel. It is more like a motel and not a good one at that. When we arrived on Friday night a guest got into a bruising argument with the manager ant the front desk. And we encountered an issue checking out on Sunday.

It was great a great location. Hotel was quiet, seemed pretty empty for a June weekend. It was run down and cops were there twice on our 3 night stay.

Perfect location. The hotel itself and rooms were very clean, even with the upgrade construction taking place in the . The staff was welcoming, and eager to answer questions.

Property under renovation so beware. No pool, no restaurant or snacks or food except coffee available. Luckily it is in a great area surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. The first room was dark and was supposed to have a water view. It looked out over the large public deck area that was in terrible shape and had no furniture. The balcony door didn’t close so we switched rooms. When we switched rooms we were told it is the shoulder season- in May? We paid too much for too little.

Very disappointed with the hotel

The hotel is situated almost on the beach so we had a wonderful view and very convenient to restaurants and shopping

It was clean and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. It was quiet also! Pool was unfortunate closed and it did not say that in the website. Close to the water, great view from our room and close to the small shops to get coffee!

Service great building in need for refreshment

There were many things wrong with our room specifically. The property overall was very outdated and run down and the pool area was out of service ironically. But our room specifically, the slider door to the balcony was not locked and the lock did not function, leaving our room vulnerable, our curtain to that slider was broken so only the sheer see-through curtain was fully operable. The tall lamp in our room did not work. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and squeaky and throughout the whole night, the sound of the utilities throughout the room was very loud and left me sleepless.

The pool was not working and the room smells the light by our bed was mold

Lovely place that was in a perfect area.

Great location but no restaurant or bar as listed. We were banking on that as an option for us. The pool was open but water wasn’t clear. Front desk staff person was incredibly friendly and helpful and we are sure it would be a five star spot if it had the amenities it listed.

The staff was friendly, the building is dated but it is doable and a place to rest your head. Place was clean for what it was. I understand they’re going through renovations. Would stay there again I just hope next time the pool will be working.

All is good

The main thing we liked about this property was that it was right on the ocean. But I didn't like was that it didn't have a microwave to heat any food nor did staff provide more than two pods of regular coffee. Many of the walls had scuff marks and we're not painted over.
