This property is clean and centrally located. This is my go to for all my visits

Very clean and well maintained property.

The location, flowers and free transportation to the airport.

We needed a little extension on the check out and that was very expenses, I don't think that was fair.

Bathroom lock was loose and wash hand area was dirt. It had something that looked like vomit

There is nothing I did not like, everything was great!

We had a 2 night stay at this property. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is an elevator and free parking on the property. It would have been nice to either have a mini fridge in the room or an ice machine in the facility. There are some restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and it is about a 15 minute walk to the Mercado and museum. The malecón is a walkable distance as well. We would stay at this hotel if we were to visit Chetumal again.

We went to Chetumal for a shopping trip gettaway. I saw this property online and it looked perfect, clean, luxury and nice for a relaxing one night stay. First issue we had was parking. The lot was tiny and our Ford F150 barely fit. It did not look anything like it did in the online description. It was more like a cheap, outdated motel. The outdoor furniture all worn and cheap. I was instantly disappointed. We went to room and it was tiny, outdated and frankly, kind of creepy.... I noticed a large 1 or 2" gap under the door making me think it might have geckos and bugs. We were exhausted after a 5 hour drive and layed on top of the bed. I then heard all the noise "testing 1234, testing 1234" I stepped outside and somebody was testing a loud speaker. I thought there is no way I can be comfortable staying here. We decided to leave. We left the key and did not take the key back or talk to the clerk at the front desk as they not speak very much english - it would be hard to explain and we were tired and overwhelmed with now finding a new hotel that late. We left and found a nice hotel but it took 2 hours. I wrote to the hotel right away and requested a refund. Nobody replied for 2 days "it doesn't work that way" and refused to give us refund. I was glad we left there but believe I should have received a refund since we were in the room only 30 minutes. There were very few guests. This property is literally nothing like what you see online.

Nice little short stay hotel. Good location from Airport, Ferry. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Things I didn’t like were no ice provided, Beds had a bottom sheet but no top sheet? You just had the comforter on top?? A little uncomfortable.

Hotel Casa Blanca never disappoints. It's safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient for a night's stay.

Service at arrival was commendable, on wheelchair parking with special needs accessibility.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are cleaned.

Property is very well maintain. Our room was huge, excellent air conditioning. Great bed. Great shower. Clean and comfortable.
