Too dirty, too bad service The glass separating the bathroom and toilet is very dirty, the carpet is torn and dirty and not replaced. The yellow bed sheet is old. The air conditioner is not cool. Lie down for 30 minutes and had to pay for 2 rooms at 23:30. I have stayed here before and today I introduced it to my family and received complete disappointment.

Trên cả tuyệt vời. Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Có dịch vụ book xe từ đón mình từ Đà Nẵng vào Hội An giá khá mềm, tài xế thân thiện, dễ thương. Chỗ ở đẹp và không quá nhiều phòng và khách nên cũng yên tĩnh. Rất nên đến đây nha 💜

Honestly, I feel the price of the room they provide is too high. It was like not staying in a hotel of one million rupiahs per night, but staying in a (nice) guest room at a friend's house. Because there are only two floors and no elevators, I have to lift my 30kg suitcase to the 2nd floor by stairs. I was unhappy because the hotel clerk who was on duty at that time was only a tiny woman (who was very friendly and helpful.) Besides the rooms, the entrance, and the small pool that was Instagramable, The Mansion's house was not well decorated. The location is also relatively far from the ancient town of Hoi An. Apart from that, this hotel does not disappoint.

It’s very nice hotel. This hotel is good location and near by the old city Hoi An . I stay there for 1 night and staff very friendly and kindness. They have bicycles you can borrow and ride to the old city about 10 minutes. I really happy to stay here :)

The staff were friendly and supportive staff, nice rooms, nice rooms, small rooms, but the service was great. I'm in Alex's room, so I have a free flight to see you at the airport or to Danang. If given the opportunity will come back
