The room was dimly lit with yellow lights because there were no white lights, the bathroom fan was very noisy, and the soundproofing was poor.

The room and service were disappointing. There was hair on the floor. It seemed like they hadn't cleaned it properly. My skin was itchy and burning. The bathroom drain was clogged. The Wi-Fi was terrible. They didn't even handle basic hotel services like check-in and didn't remember the order of guests waiting. The price is reasonable, but this is one of the worst places I've stayed in Da Nang. Even if you pay a little more (around 10,000 won), a 4-star hotel would be a better option. And I told them I had bed bugs, fleas, or insect bites, but they came to check and said it wasn't bugs. They also said they couldn't tell if it was dust or something. The doctor at Vinmec Hospital confirmed it was a bug bite.

The hotel is okay, near the beach, convenient to travel, enthusiastic staff, normal food, a bit few dishes for me, everything else is ok, the security guard is super cute

Had a great 3 days stay here. Walking distance to the beach, mini-market, cafes, restaurants, etc. Clean room and nice breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel when you stay in Danang.

I booked on the app for 4 nights. The room is spacious and airy, with a bathtub. There is daily housekeeping. There is a full breakfast, but I only ate once during my 4 nights, because going to Da Lat requires eating out like the locals to be interesting. The room has a hair dryer and a full dressing table. The water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The terrace has a swimming pool, but I went in January and it was too cold to swim.
