Good location, bad customer service. There was no phone in the room. No safety deposit box in the room.

It is an old rundown place, floors are dirty

Curtains looked old and dirty, walls with back spots like mold

We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel by the marina. Elegant and quiet.

Hard bed

It was ok.. needs some update’s

Condition of facility not what we expected for the $ charged. Looked like someone bought a fixer upper and started on lower level. As you went up each floor, condition deteriorated. Beds were hard as a rock. No safe in room even though listing said there was a safe. Wifi didn't work in rooms. Had to go to common area on main floor. No ice. For what it offered it should be priced at $60 - $70 / night instead of $90

Checkin was bad. Expedia did not notify hotel of our room purchase.

A/c did not work.. hotel employee was polite tried to move us but all rooms were taken

Good hotel in a great area beside the Marina and Santa Cruz beaches. I would stay again for the right price.

The staff was very afable, the room was neat and clean, the location of the hotel it couldn't be better it was very close of the beach. The town it's beautiful. I really enjoyed my vacation, I recommend Canadian Resort Hotel .

We had a good 1 night stay, though the bed was a bit to firm for us.

me gusto la amabilidad de las personas que atienden,ademas se encuentra serca del embarcadero, del chedraui y muchos servicios mas su alberca esta muy limpia y el agua esta a una temperatura agradable esta muy bien el hotel lo recomiendo mucho
