Our stay at Riad Enchanté was absolutely wonderful. The riad was beautiful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Khalid, Omar, and Esham were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the souk and key tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

I have nothing bad to say about Riad Enchante. All staff members were so welcoming and accommodating. Felt like my own home. So clean and spacious. My husband requested for extra eggs every morning and the staff were able to accommodate. Excellent service. Excellent staff. Excellent location and just a beautiful home and ambiance. Definitely coming back inshallah.

This was a memorable experience. The service was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. However, was a little dark, the tv didn’t work, and there was just a curtain separating the bathroom. The breakfasts were pleasantly surprising, a great choice of local breads, cakes, yoghurt, fruit juice, tee and coffee, delivered to your table. The riad was quite hard to find - the entrance to Derb Habib Allah is off a busy street - and from there continue down the narrow street looking out for the ‘Riad Enchanté’ signs on the walls. You’ll turn right and left several times before arriving at the door of the riad. Please note that this walk can be very off-putting to many travellers, especially at night time, although we never felt too uncomfortable or threatened in any way. The rooftop is very pleasant for relaxing.

We spent 3 nights at the Enchante and it was perfect. A couple of hundred meters from the souk, yet peaceful and quiet. A little oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of town. A delicious breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace making a perfect start to the day. The owners were really helpful organising a trip to a local spa and were always on hand with helpful tips. I'd highly recommend this Riad.

Hussein and Khalid were excellent hosts. They were very personalized and very pleasing. The riad had a great location, but know that it is in the medina where no cars can go. I highly recommend to arrange a hotel transfer from airport to hotel thru Riad Elchante so that there will be a coordinated arrangement for the car and bag porter that will walk you into the maze in the medina. Do this especially if you are arriving at night. Once in the medina, it is a great and safe experience. Great breakfast and roof top too. I would recommend this.

We had a great time at Riad Enchante. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays by staying five nights at the riad. The house manager, Hussein (spelling may not be correct), consistently met our needs. They even arranged a special birthday dinner for us on the rooftop.

This was an amazing experience. I plan to return. Hussein and Hamed were absolutely amazing. Our room was clean and spacious. The facilities were awesome. We ate dinner at the Riad Enchante and it was delicious. They arranged airport transportation which ended up cheaper than a taxi

This was our first time in visiting Morroco Me and my husband stayed in the Raid 9 days in July 2024 Absolutely we loved everything about the accommodation The location is close to the all the sightseeing, quite place The breakfast was amazing they even made sure we had breakfast our last day although we were leaving early morning 6 am. Thank you The staff at the Riad were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Arranging the tours , giving us advice and information on what to do and idea where to visit clean rooms & great facilities. Thank you to the team at Riad Enchanté Especially thank you to Hussein & Khalid We will definitely be coming back in the winter time ,summer time is too hot

Excellent riad in Marrakech

We had a wonderful stay at this Riat. Staff were amazing every which way. Room was clean and lovely. We felt safe and well cared for. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well.

We were well looked after by our super and friendly staff. Very very friendly and most helpful! Khalid very kindly took us on a tour to the Atlas Mountains in his own time! He looked after us so well! Both Khalid and Hussein, who are front of house, were always willing to assist and guide us. The food was really lovely - breakfast each morning a special treat! We had an evening meal the night we arrived (very late!) and it was by far the tastiest Moroccan meal! We arranged for airport transfers through Hussein via email beforehand, and these were arranged for us. It would be difficult without their assistance to find the Riads in general. We had a superb time and would highly recommend Riad Enchanté. Thank you for a fabulous stay and super memories!

This Riad is conveniently situated within the medina, close to all the souks. Our room was lovely and cleaned daily; gorgeous roof terrace with views of the mountains. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The breakfast provided is fantastic. I’d also recommend the evening meal which was beautifully presented and one of the best during our stay. They sort out all the travel to and from the airport and also any trips you have planned. Thoroughly recommended, we’ll be back!

Wonderful place, amazing location and tucked away just enough to feel safe and quiet. 2 minutes walk from being in the middle of it all. The rooms were beautiful, luxurious- photos don’t do it justice. The star of the show was Hussein, incredible service, true 5* concierge and made the trip one to remember. I have travelled to many top hotels and villas around the world and Hussein’s served was memorable and world leading!

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Enchanté. The hosts Hussein and Khaled were impeccable individuals. They were extremely attentive, offering fantastic advice, and were a key part to our wonderful stay in Marrakesh. The Riad itself was very clean and the Decor really embraced the Moroccan culture. The Riad is located in a perfect location which is close to the key markets but away from the noise. The Riad is also conveniently a 7 minute walk from the pick up point for excursions such as balloon rides and camel riding. We were offered fresh moroccan styled breakfast each morning, which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone looking for a trip to embrace Marrakesh. You will be well looked after.

Amical, convivialité et stylé.

Thanks to all the staff at the Riad Enchante, they are so helpful and friendly, the Riad is perfectly placed for exploring Marrakesh and it's proximity to the secret garden makes it hard to get lost. We had a wonderful time and would gladly recommend this Riad

Very warm, friendly and helpful staff, always available. Breakfast was superb in a great setting on the rooftop terrace.
