The hotel is clean, tidy and the young and enthusiastic boss!

The room is ok but no one comes to clean. Convenient transportation

The room is not clean enough. The pillows seem like they are not washed for a long time.

The room was clean, the receptionist was enthusiastic and thoughtful. Service advice very ok. The hotel is located at the end of the street to open the night market, travel is quite convenient, located near the square and the church.

Staff enthusiastic, fun. Reasonable meeting price. Location in the heart of Sapa, convenient to travel. A minus point is that the hotel does not have an elevator.

The room was so bad, I had 2 younger children who had to pay to book a room to rent another place. The door doesn't need a latch to push it in. If the room is mosquito then ... next time will consider when book room.

The hotel location is strategic at the centre of town Sapa. Easy to access to everywhere. A man who are in charge of everything (because i can't see any people as workers there) is kind, polite and superb. very recommended place to stay in Sapa

The receptionist is so friendly even checking in room at 3-4 am . The room have essential , warm water, bathroom, electric boil, television and electric blanket, but the room is not beautiful, have no view, but it appropriate for this price I vote 4*

The hotel is lovely. When the group came, it was cold and rainy so tired. Waiting for checkin is the owner of the hotel invited a glass of ginger aromatic fragrant tea should feel very comfortable. If you come back to Sapa, you will definitely be in Sapa Central Hotel again.
