Location. It was centrally located with lots of shopping and good eateries. The Hotel itself was very comfortable, clean with friendly and helpful staff.

The room was extremely warm. No a/c in Iceland. I assumed but was I surprised

The hotel had the most wonderful location. It was just off the main downtown road and everywhere one wanted to be. It was very clean, staff was very helpful and professional. The restaurant on site was wonderful! The only drawback was there wasn’t any air conditioning in the rooms. The two days we visited we actually could have used it, very warm.

Great location and breakfast

(1) Unhelpful staff at checkin - we had several bags but they were not willing to help with unloading bags etc. Did not even offer to get us a trolley to place the bags on. (2) Breakfast - super costly and very poor quality (3) Area is super noisy as it is next to a nightclub. We did not check the area and no reference to this - very very nosy late into the night. If you are looking for a quite nights rest, this is NOT the place. (4) Reception does not answer the phone (5) Overall indifferent reception (6) No parking, no Valet parking either. and the closest parking has no entry or exit between midnight and 7 AM. Will not recommend this to anyone. We have stayed at similar or lower priced hotels and have had far better service.

This hotel is just so cozy. The communal spaces are inviting, the environment is relaxing, the location is fantastic. It really feels like a home away from home.

Lovely hotel, only thing to note is that at the weekend it’s very noisy. It was fine in the week though. Kind of the price you pay for being right in the center. Lovely clean, quirky hotel. Would come back.

It was just ok

Excellent hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Very close to the bus stops and downtown !

The hotel is clean and well-located. The staff could be a little bit more friendlier or welcoming. The 4 people I interacted with at the front desk were very short and serious with their answers. They were not rude but not as welcoming as I have experienced in other Hilton hotels.

Love this hotel. We'll be back.

Good location and good breakfast buffet

The hotel has a modern feel. However, it spreads across various buildings and therefore is quite hard to navigate. We stayed on the 4th floor and were disturbed on our first few nights by loud music travelling through void space. It was exceptionally noisy and disappointingly the hotel offered no serious alternatives. Also, the rooms were overly warm. Both made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Beautiful property and great rooms. A little loud at night due to nightlife depending on your location in the hotel. The location is very convenient otherwise!

The overall vibe was just so pleasing!

Perfect location to stay at in Reykjavik. Close walking to bus station 6 where we got picked up at for all of our excursions. Close to the main street where shopping and restaurants are. Rooms are more spacious than most European hotels with a lot of shelving for luggage and large bathroom. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff and easy to walk around and transport.

The room was big and spacious and very comfortable. The location was amazing as everything was within walking distance and the main bus stop was not too far and your company’s could come pick you up with no hassle. The breakfast option was really good too and the staff were lovely.
