Could do with coffee making facilities and a bin to put any rubbish in, but apart from thta superb

Very basic and small room, but really clean. Only 1 towel per-person, so no hand towels… Smallish TV, but can plug stuff into the HDMI which was good. Just off the motorway, so nothing really around. Garage next door with a KFC. Breakfast was basic but fine, don’t expect fine dining but it was filling enough. Staff were friendly and helpful..

Compact room with a head-bumping bunk above the bed. Maybe a bit of padding wouldn’t go amiss.

This was a really convenient place to stay for one night while visiting an old friend. The staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite compact but incredibly clean with everything you need. The only thing I really missed was tea/coffee facilities within the room, but it was all free down in the lobby.

It was good experience the staff very helpful my room radiator was off I just made a phone call within 2 mins she came to turn it on excellent job, hopefully will be back soon.

Property was ok, but they were in the process of changing thier mattresses, which caused a lot of smell in the room

All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the reception area and rooms were well presented and clean. We also had a drink at the bar in the evening which was an unexpected bonus as we hadn’t realised there was one when we booked.

The reception staff were very friendly and could do enough for us during our stay. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Recommended as a great budget hotel.

Excellent hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Best of all though was the service from Agnes. Polite, friendly and very helpful sorting a problem out for me. A real asset to the hotel. Every hotel should have an Agnes!

Nice location and value for money

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. When we got to the room it had only been made up for 1 person despite being booked for 2. The man who checked us in was not particularly helpful. We asked why they needed a card number at check in, as if they put a hold on the card, this would influence which card we gave them, and his response was we just need a card! Also to note, if you book your stay directly via Ibis you don't have to pay for parking, but via Hotels there was a charge.

The reception on arrival was perfect and the staff were very polite and helpful. Disappointed to have to pay for overnight parking outside the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights but the room was not cleaned. Only 1 towel in the room (large bath towel) which wasn't changed over the 2 days we stayed.

Accommodation satisfactory clean, staff efficient . Room as expected if a little small but ok for a one night stay

I really enjoyed my stay neat clean only draw back no tea coffee pot in room not enough to hang clothes rest i will definetly stay again

Unfortunately no coffee making facilities in the room but could get a cuppa from front reception.
