The hot shower felt like a massage. It was the best part of the stay. The ease of the key/check-in and -out was also very convenient.

Property is in central location in village, accommodation is basic and TV was not connected.

Extérieur sale (plastiques et vieille chaussette devant la porte, moquette du couloir très sale, cuisine crasseuse). Notre chambre avait une salle de bain pleine de moisissures. Nous l'avons signalé et on nous a changé de chambre. Nous avons été réveillés à 1h30 du matin par des gens qui essayaient de rentrer dans notre chambre. Le self check in permet au propriétaire d'éviter les plaintes en face à face. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Une arnaque à mon sens.

Clean and spacious ensuite room. Easy check in and ample parking at back. The bed was hard and lacking comfort. Shower and washroom were clean. I would have liked a hot water tap in the bathroom sink. Enjoyed our stay

This was a quaint place to stay that was within walking distance of a cute cafe and shops. The wifi wasn’t very reliable unless you were near the closest outside wall, but worked well there. Overall, it was clean enough, the TV had cable, and the beds weren’t too uncomfortable. I would recommend staying here again!

Good location, nice room. Needs to provide instructions for using the TV and shower as we couldn't get either working on arrival - luckily met the cleaner 2nd day and he sorted the problems. No hot tap for the bathroom sink. Well equipped kitchen area for preparing meals. Good lounge with lots of comfy seating.

The property had the basics for a comfortable stay, however, it could have been a little bit cleaner.

Private rooms were cozy and clean, very lovely accommodation! In a cute but very very very tiny town on lochness. highly recommend!

Avoid this place if you can. We stayed in a 2bunk beds garden room. 0 wifi signal in the room. No hot water shower at all even have waited 10mins running it on. Only hot water from the tap. We 4 needed to hold our breath and run in a 1 minute shower after a long tiring hiking day, not fun at all! Will never stay again even it's free, let alone we paid £90 for a night.

I stayed for 1 night in room no 2 which is located on the ground floor of the main building. This room is disabled friendly with a large ensuite bathroom. Self checkin process was straight forward. Room itself was spacious and clean. The chairs were a bit worn out but understandable for the price. Some noise transmitted from upstairs as people walked on the floorboards but did not bother me. Handy space at the back of the building to park the car. Overall I felt safe and comfortable. Handy bar/restaurant (Fiddlers) directly opposite the hostel serving great food.

It was just what we neede

Great little place to stay. The room was clean and the ensuite bathroom was great - the shower is fantastic! It's in a good location with beautiful views and good places to eat nearby.

The hostel had a nice and clean private room for me and my friend. We used a lockbox system to retrieve the key when the owner sent over the lock code. Great location just down the road from the Loch Ness Centre and over the road from the bus stop

Great location and facilities.

There are clear instructions provided by the staff for finding the hostel and entering the room. The staff is friendly as well. Flexible check-in. Can park car at the rear of the hostel. The room is clean and en-suite which is very good.

Perfect location. I’m traveling with my 5&3 year old and the bunk bed was perfect. Quiet and the person running it let me do laundry past closing (it’s outside so the sound didn’t bother anyone).

The room wasn't warm enough. There is no heating in the bathroom. TV service was awkward. Privacy in the room was a little under my requirement. There is no microwave in the kitchen.

Using text/email for check-in information was overall interesting and convenient, giving necessary information, but did not allow for customer response. I couldn't access the Wi-Fi and ate through a chunk of data on my phone. Aside from that the facilities were comfortable, clean, and equipped with en-suites. Furnishing is minimal but cozy, no desks but the sofa is comfortable. Good for short stays.
