While the rooms and facilities are perfect, what could have been a getaway to heaven, turned sour cause they charged on my room something I didn't order and taking them too long to admit to their mistake. Still waiting though. They only contacted me via email and waited for me, to call them. It was very upsetting and I felt cheated. They even reprinted a whole new fake receipt! They can't provide me with a receipt that was signed by me. Dear mangala resort, whenever you guys are ready for that apology, I am here. U could learn a thing or 2 on customer service from hard rock hotels. So so sad since we really love the resort, even extended our stay another night and upgraded ourselves to the room with private pool and also already planning to return next month.
