Very helpful staff. Ali the manager was friendly and made sure we had a great stay. They have a nice swimming pool. Vre close to all the shops and restaurants walking to the beach.

Amazing hotel in Kemer!! What a clean and well located place to stay. The staff was amazing and they even have a sauna and hammam downstairs. I strongly recommand!!!

I have just spent 6 wonderful days at the Elegance Hotel in Kemer. I originally booked for 5 nights, but decided to extend my stay instead of returning to Antalya. This hotel is advertised as 2 star, however, it feels more like a 4 star hotel with a beautiful pool, spa and wellness facility. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious and the breakfast is wonderful. Above all, it has the kindest and most accommodating staff that I have ever met. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay easy and relaxing. Any problem is dealt with promptly and a special thanks goes to the lovely Nika, Nermin and Fasuk who are simply a complete credit to the hotel. Their warmth and kindness shine through on a daily basis… Thank you 🙏, Tracy

Very clean and well cared for , but room was very small and tiny , staff very helpful, they tried to make our stay comfortable, The breakfast was nice , they offered coffee,tea , and water all day long. Bed sheets were quality and sparkling clean .

The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly. answer any question and try to help us... The hotel in the center, plenty of resturants and shop. The beat is far but there's a shuttle to a very nice beach with good food. recommend if you I recom3nd

The hotel is ok, the reception staff are friendly. Except the manager is so rude and arrogant and helpless. She talked to me with loud voice like if I'm employee not a guest. I found it very strange when she is actually working hospitality with no skills about hospitality. That was my worst experience at the hotel.

Good situation,well maintained hotel,use of sandy beach and beach furniture with a free transfer to and from. All staff were exceptional helpful and knowledgeable, this made our stay very enjoyable,we would definitely go again.

we relocated here from another hotel which was awful , we found this little haven to be just perfect for us small but bright and airy rooms were spotless as was the rest of the hotel including the lovely pool and the area around it

Checkin was super quick and friendly, they had our details from previous stay. Clean and comfy room, so close to good shopping and short stroll to beach. We used the free steam room and they have a really nice little pool area.

Friendly prompt check in, clean, cosy rooms and ideally situated with quick stroll to town and beach. Meals were good and the pool area was lovely.

My husband and I both loved our stay here and highly recommend it to others! We stayed four weeks and extended our stay here twice! We have no complaints; great pool, sauna, steam room, restaurant, wifi, and the room was in excellent condition. The location is great as well. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and they were always quick and happy to help us and resolve issues. We want to say a special thank you to the manager Güler, Sultana at the front desk, and Hussein at the pool bar and restaurant, for making our stay that much more special. :)
