The apartment was clean but dated as shown in the pictures, so as expected. The food was good. The pool had a very limited shallow end and even this was quite deep at approx 1.4metres and dropped rapidly to 1.8metres, therefore most children congregated by the steps and in a very small area. It was impossible to do aqua gym if there were more than half a dozen people as you were neck deep (and I’m 5ft4). The baby pool was very small too and we were often unable to get a sunshade and were lucky to get 2 sun beds for the four of us. The kids entertainers were a bit lack luster and not really very child orientated, it seemed they were just on placement for experience. The evening entertainment was very poor so we ventured out most evenings. After the kids disco at 8.30pm there was bingo every night then either a music or film quiz, karaoke or a singer that was more background music which was disappointing if you wanted to enjoy the all inclusive bar because the children were simply bored. On one day/night there was literally no entertainment at all as the staff had the day off, personally I would have thought the hotel could have brought in an outside act for the evening. The free shuttle bus to Cala Millor was good which ran during the day and Cala Bona harbour was only a short walk, so we enjoyed the area and would return, just possibly not to this hotel unless it was cheaply priced.
