such a great trip to amed beach and booked for two rooms in classic beach villas. the location is good but would be perfect if they maintain the facilities. the bathroom, the plants in front of the rooms, the parking lot, even some of the unused bench and chairs were stacked on the way to the beach. we love the ambience actually, far away from noises escaping, but thank you for the beach view, it was helped for a quiet pricy room

It's incredibly comfortable, especially for those who don't like crowds. There's a kids' pool, and it's close to the beach. The staff is friendly, and the price is well worth it.

Direct access to the beach with clear water, and calm waves, safe for swimming. Breakfast is not varied, but enough. The choice is pancakes or toast with eggs, and there is free fruit cut into a plate for two 😊 The restaurant is right on the beach, delicious, large portions, reasonable prices. Close to minimarkets and traditional markets 🥰 For some people, the absence of a bidet in the toilet is quite disturbing. The blanket is very thin, like an added sheet 😁 Without AC it's hot, with AC it's cold because the blanket is too thin.

The Location is right by the sea, you have private access to the beach. The pool is deep if you want to learn how to dive, used to love this place, but it 's very bad now. I previously stayed on the partially ocean view room, it 's clean and the bathroom is OK. On my last stay, they gave me garden view room, no Blanket only thin linen available. The bathroom stinks! Hate it so much, couldn't sleep because it smells really bad, sometimes the water is gone. It 's the worse stay that I've ever experienced.

The villa keepers are less friendly to local guests, in contrast to foreign guests, the bathrooms are less clean. When we got there there was a bad smell coming from the tap pipe.

Unintentionally we must stay overnight in Amed and choose a classic beach villas, a classic and unique hotel, when checking in, I don't know. I ordered by online application. I checked in around 3 pm more, like the room wasn't ready, the cleanliness in the room was still lacking on the floor. like not in the broom, dusty, the bathroom door can't be locked, the sink is a bit leaking, the water in the toilet is small, the shower shower is also poorly cleaned, the cold hot water doesn't work well, the lighting of the room is lacking, the food is ordinary, fortunately next to there is a rest that provides good food, the yard around is nice, the pool is also nice there is a pool for children, nice view of the surrounding beaches and Mount Agung ....
