We stayed at the twin room with tatami area. It was big enough for our baby to play and roam about. Check in and check out process was smooth even though all done with a tab. Room was very clean and the washing machine was really a big help. Too bad they didn’t provide dish soap. Location wise, it is on the quiet area of gion but we found that major places were within walking distance. Station was just 10 minutes walk. We love it!

Great experience, the staff super friendly. The location very close to Gion and some of tourist destination. Definitely will be back here if I visit Kyoto again.

Very nice hotel, so clean. Another thing I love is their tatami bed. If only their room can keep warmer in the winter it would be perfect.

Large rooms, full facilities there is a washing machine as well so it helps if you want to wash dirty clothes location close to the gion, about 5-10 minutes on foot unfortunately there is no signpost name in front of the hotel so confusing to find its location there is only M logo on the side of the hotel
