first room dirty no light in the bathroom second room smelt of damp. 3 rd room had paint peeling off the walls filthiest shower. but was the best of the three. Had no choice but to stay due to the late hour. but would never stay again

Ideal for park and ride

Dripping taps, stained bath and tiles hanging off the wall. Dump.

Rooms require complete overhaul. Very dated furniture. Tiny poorly maintained en suite. Intermittent noise from water pump which kept me awake. Italian Restaurant was relatively good food.

Terrible, terrible, terrible… Tiny room, dirty room, dirty shower, taps not working and alarm went off from 2.45am with nobody to contact.

It was ok for a 1 night. Close to the airport which was good for a late flight in the day

Bit of a funny little place right under the flight path but the noise didn’t bother me as the planes stopped in the early hours and didn’t start again until early morning. The bed was comfortable and the room adequate. The double glazing was rather worn out and didn’t close properly which may have helped with the aircraft noise

Amazing

The rooms are directly above a noisy restaurant, but with the paper thin floors and walls, it might as well have been at the bottom of my bed! I went down to the restaurant/reception to ask for another room but was just told that the restaurant would be closing in 10 minutes, after which the noise levels continued as the restaurant staff continued talking until well after 11pm. Do NOT staying here if you require a good night's sleep!

The hotel is easy for Heathrow Airport it was very clean, just dated and smelt of damp. The bedding smelt of smoke. The restaurant downstairs looked to serve lovely food, and the staff were friendly. For the price it is convenient for the airport and fair for what you pay.

Perfect affordable place outside the ULEZ to bed down before a morning flight. 2mins from park and ride. The room was dated, in need of some TLC but clean and did the job.

I would not book this place. I showed up to check in and nobody was there. I left them a message through this website, no response. I ended up getting a room at a hotel down the street.

Have stayed here previously,and will come back.

It needs updating

Excellent staff and food at the Italian place attached,

TV Not working, toilet seat broken, taps continually dripping and key for the room difficult to unlock and lock.

This place bills itself as a lodge, but is actually a restaurant with rooms upstairs. There is no one on site after the restaurant closes at night, or in the morning when checking out. Although it is an older place, it was clean, close to the airport, and the price was good. Just don't expect a cozy lodge.

Friendly reception service, great public transport to and from the airport. Would have given it 5 stars if the light over the sink was working
