There was some mistakes which happened during only 2 nights staying there. In general I felt that is my worst hostel ever that i’d experienced. It took too much time from me and I have missed my dinner because of the issue. 2 times (in 2 days) went to the room and the key didn’t work. First time because of something wrong but I didn’t know ( I saw a message in front of the door that “this room was stopped by anthony (bed 2), please contact to reception” ). I couldn’t use my key to unlock the door. I went to receptionist and told him but he even didn’t know what happened (omg). I need to wait for his check and the solution was provided that he changed the key to me ( but I even did know that he changed the bed number as well ( my first check in was bed 1 then he changed me to bed 2). From this moment, another issue happened. The day after (2nd day) I went out in the morning and went back at night. I couldn’t open the door again. I went to receptionist and told her the issue. She also checked my information and changed another key for me. I went to the room and saw that all my stuffs was removed from my bed and saw another luggage and someone’s stuffs on bed 1. I wondered “what happened?”. I again went to ask receptionist. She checked and apologized me that there was a mistake, they provided bed 1 for another one already. She asked me to change to bed 2 instead of bed 1 (as first check in) and gave me a coin for free breakfast for this inconvenience. I accepted this and went to my room then talked with another one in the room. 2 girls in bed 3 & 4 told me that her friend was checked in and occupied bed 2 so I must to check with receptionist again. She asked her colleagues, checked and then the solution was given that they upgraded the room for me to premium but no apologies :) (they might think that a free breakfast and a room upgrade were a favor that they gave me?). Because of free breakfast I also had a chance to experience how poor their breakfast is. If you are in my case what do you feel?
