Its located right on the highway which make it very noisy. The hotel was probably built in the early 80's. You have to walk from the lobby to your room at least 10 to 20 minutes depending on the room number. At night, that walk doesnt feel safe at all. Forget about it if you have luggage. Not good options at the restaurant. The menu is very limited. Room was clean but had a back door to the open street and some kind of park that made me feel unsafe at night. There are people who live in some rooms and are awake and ouside late and night. A lot of cats in the road. It just felt very unsafe.

Camas horribles, con solo una sabana y un cubrecama, colchones regulares.... rentamos dos habitaciones y en una el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba.... El desayuno horrible, no habian huevos, las medialunas viejas embolsadas y de muy baja calidad.... no tenian variedad de cosas... en resumen todo muy mediocre.

The hotel is very comfortable, the room is very spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is good, as is the dinner. The staff is very friendly. It met all my requirements. It is close to the city and the airport, with parking for each room.

Very convenient and short drive to downtown Madrid

It felt very uncomfortable and unsafe also very tight. Very unperfesional and very unreasonable staff with terrible attitude.

Excellent. Appropriate for my family of 4. Cleaning every day. Parking. Close to the main highways. Recommended.

Morning front desk staff was very nice and helped us with bus info while afternoon staff was quite rude when asking questions, hotel is veryyy inconveniently located in regards to transportation, one has to take a bus that comes every 30mins to get to metro and then to take the bus back, you have to get dropped off at the bridge across the freeway and cross the freeway to walk over to the hotel

Very basic

Visiting from Connecticut, USA. The best part of my stay was the staff. Miguel at the Front Desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ary and Lola at the dining area were great. The hotel needs update on the key lock and other amenities. I will give the 5 star for the nice staff they have, and for the cleaness. Not so much for the hotel appearance.

The staff were friendly but the hotel itself was rough. The doors in the hotel are hard to open and close, the key to open the hotel room was hard to lock and open, and there were mosquitos and ants. Also it stated laundry service which was the main reason of me booking this hotel but when i asked, i was told there wasn't any laundry service onsite. Very thin walls. I could hear the folks next door having intercourse all night that i could not gain any rest. I had to check out early the next day to book a different hotel elsewhere.

Property very old. Phone did not work. Heat did not work. Phone listed on wxpidia is incorrect. Front desk too far away so had to drive back to inform the desk of heat issues in the room. Would not stay in this hotwl even for free.

Just old run down and tired. Breakfast was a total joke. I would stay elsewhere

Customer service was good overall except the grumpy receptionist that needs to retire and let Miguel or Hector take over. the 2nd room was clean and spacious. First room had a faulty door. They finally changed the room on my third day of stay after a long négociation (grumpy receptionist) . Public transport is scarce. Only 1 bus in the area and never on time. The bar, breakfast and restaurant not bad.

too far from the city

The location was great...it was just ten to fifteen minutes away from downtown Madrid with easy freeway access. Parking was included, which was greatly helpful. There were also great shopping centers five minutes away and the hotel grounds were very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
