It was 3rd time to stay! Great place!

The Hotel caters to visitors to the Pinehills Golf Club but is also open to the casual traveler. Consequently most services and facilities are to be found in the course Club House (about 100m walk away) (eg check in/out, restaurant) Facility is modern, clean, comfortable. Minor issue with housekeeping was well handled by management (our room was overlooked during normal daily rounds, management called back in a team to clean during our evening meal).

Amazing and really relaxing place to stay with beautiful view...

The hotel was so far from city centre and was in the middle of the golf club, but I prefer so it was not a problem for me.

We booked a suite and it was awesome. Very huge rooms. Breakfast has a surcharge. Overlooking gold course

Took us 5 hours detouring & going round & round searching for this remotely located hotel under negative degrees weather! GPS could not lead to the exact location. Called the front desk for assistance for at least 5 times but to no avail. Eventually seek local residents' help along the roadside somewhere near the township of Juam. Luckily we met this super helpful Korean guy who drove his own car to lead us to the hotel. We searched the hotel since 7pm till before 1am only reached the final destination. The journey there was just plain suffering! If not because of the intention to visit the famous Songgwangsa Temple nearby this hotel, we would not have picked it.

It was great! A little bit far from city centre.. that is why I can enjoy more. If I have chance to go to Suncheon, I defenately stay here, 100%!

순천 일대 여행지 숙박지를 찾다가 이용하게 되었는데, 기대 이상으로 편안히 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 숙소 풍광도 좋고 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 기회가 되면 다시 이용하고 싶네요.

골프 클럽의 장점을 잘 살린 주위 환경이 뛰어나고 조용한 숙박이 가능한 곳입니다. 단, 손님을 맞이하기 위한 정비시 비누가 놓여 있지 않고 유료 구성품 (면도기등)이 없는 가운데 숙박을 시작해서 미리 사진을 찍어서 초기부터 없었음을 추후 알려줘야 하나 싶은 상황이 있었습니다. 이런 부분만 호텔 측에서 세심히 배려해서 준비한다면 앞으로 많은 고객들에게 좋은 평가를 받을것 같습니다.

Einfaches Hotel. Komfortables Bett und geräumiges Bad. Hotel liegt auf einem Golfplatz, weit weg von Restaurants. Das Hotel selbst hat aber nach 20 Uhr auch kein Restaurant- oder Barbetrieb mehr.

아주 깔끔하고 청결합니다 식당은 이용 안해봐서 모르겠네요 숙소만 이용 시 아주 만족스럽습니다

호텔 시설은 정말 훌륭하지만 골프장에 딸린 호텔이라서 호텔 자체의 서비스가 아주 부실함, 우선 객실이 빗이 없었고 라운드리 봉투도 없어서 직원에게 물으니까 일회용품을 안둔다고하는 이상한 말을 함. 조식은 골프장 클럽하우스 2층 식당을 이용해야 하는데 메뉴는 당연히 해장국만 있음. 호텔만 이용하는 고객에 대한 배려와 서비스가 절실함.

작년에 방문해보고 만족해서 두번째 방문하였습니다 프론트 여직원의 말투가 호텔이라고 하기에는 너무 경박하여서 체크인 할 때 기분이 나빴구요. 체크아웃 시간이 되기도 전에 청소하시는 아주머니가 현관문을 심하게 두드리더군요. 그리고 체크아웃 시간이 오전 10시라 좀 이른감이 있습니다 그 외에는 대체로 만족합니다

호텔을 정할때 침구류가 너무 중요한데 침구류가 휼륭했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했고 방도 크고 다 좋았어요. 이어폰 충전하다 터져서 테이블에 그을음이 생겼는데도 오히려 다치지 않았냐고 확인부터 해주셔서 너무 감사합니다. 깨끗하고 친절한 이호텔 다시 꼭 오고싶네요.

모텔촌에 있는 그냥 모텔입니다. 가족 여행객이 묵을 곳은 아닌듯.

골프장 경관과 청결 서비스 수준이 훌륭합니다.
