The view of volcanoes was excellent on rooftop restaurant.

Fabulous stay at Palla. Great location with amazing views. The staff were great and our rooms were comfortable and well appointed.

Great stay. Staff our lovely and friendly. Rooftop area is fabulous with amazing views of volcanoes. Breakfast was great . Pool on rooftop is very small , tucked away and I doubt ever used ( cover was on for whole of our stay ) Be aware that the balconies are small and with no view so not worth paying extra for . Overall a wonderful stay and would come back .

Our standard room was clean but the bathroom was pretty small. Overall, it was a good hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful hotel, very close to Arequipa main square. The sun terrace/restaurant area is very pretty with flowers, hummingbirds & stunning views of the volcanoes. Housekeeping are wonderful, with fresh bedding & towels everyday, plus refillable glass water bottles. Quiet hotel, some music noise from nearby but not til late so no problem. Large supermarket only a few minutes walk. Our only issue was that the beds in the 2 roons we stayed in were quite hard, as were the sofas. But overall we would recommended Palla Hotel for a stay in Arequipa.

Love this hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel just a few short blocks from the Plaza de Armas (so close, but quiet). Excellent front desk service, great breakfast on the rooftop terrace with Misti in the background. Best hotel we’ve stayed in our three weeks in Peru.

Great hotel located within walking distance of old city and all it offers.

The hotel is very comfortable. Few rooms and easy to use it. The staff is very nice and helpful. Walkable to Downtown

We had a lovely stay here. The location was close to everything, the room was lovely, the staff were helpful and we loved to chill out on the rooftop and watch the hummingbirds after a long day out sightseeing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small, but had all basic amenities. Great rooftop terrace. The window opens to the hotel courtyard. No complaints.

Great hotel, great service,and good location. My only suggestion would be to make the bathrooms match the look and upscale feel of the rest of the property.

Hotel was beautiful inside and out. Easy walking distance to everything popular.
