It is a dry hotel no alcohol served. Rooms with windows only, not like pictures.

I find the staff extra friendly Specially the check in staff .... I got all my questions answered even from the non english speaking staff. The hotel staff can help you in planing a day activities and they are glade to help with the transport Vialand shopping center is a beautiful place to spend time and get a bite

The hotel and your website guaranteed a quite stay during the booing stage . However , we could not get quite nights because of the dogs barking from evening to early morning . This was annoying and disturbing

We have a short family holiday, staff was so friendly and kind overall we enjoyed the hotel facilities (spa pool game room) we book lakeside room enjoyed the view of the lake

I loved the location of the hotel

Great hotel located next to Lake Abant. All staff were super friendly and very helpful. Great place to take the family and enjoy the outdoors together. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Spa was nice. Gym was a little weak, but who cares when you can hike and run around the lake. Plenty of food options at the hotel or around the lake. The only (very) slight issue might be the lack of an English speaking staff, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this famous hotel.

Otel 5 yıldız olmasina rağmen maalesef bunu pek hissetmiyor. Bunda pandeminin etkisi muhtemelen fazla. Çalışanların bazıları çok istekli ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Akşam yemegi dahil rezervasyon yapmıştık. Yemekte içeceklerin ücretli olması çok mantıksız. Sadece su veriliyor. Bize göre ödediğimiz parayı maalesef hak etmedi. Genel olarak hotel ve imkanları güzel.

A nice place to spend the weekend at away from the city. It's location is great. Though the room was smaller than expected, it was clean with a nice view. In the evening it was a little bit cold si we had to keep the window closed. Yet, it would've been nicer if there was a fan in the room since there is no AC. Food was delicious but not extraordinary. Though it is indeed a nice hotel, but I don't think it reaches standards of 5 stars hotels.

This location was amazing and the reception was nice, but the hotel seems unfinished and is short staffed. The employees seemed blasé and not particularly caring about the customers.

Every thing was perfect , hotel is very clean and beds comfy. Food is delicious and lots of variety.But the staff who was working in night time during my stay was unfriendly and unhelpful in any requests, He called us at 12 AM while we were sleeping for many times to check silly things, he really annoying us without any apologies. I really felt bad for this .

Very nice hotel located next to Abant lake, I stayed there for two days but if you are like me and you are not a big fan of nature, I would recommend on day should it. One note, there was no AC, so check the weather before you go

Expected better from the reviews and the expensive price but was disappointed by the very small rooms and the lack of proper ventilation (no AC). The Mountain View rooms were also dark and overlooked service area behind the hotel. Otherwise, nothing was that super impressing.
