When you come to Hanoi, you must definitely try staying at this hotel. Everything is great. The staff is super enthusiastic and lovely. The way they serve the elderly is also great. The meals are extremely delicious, I have stayed at many hotels in Hanoi. But I am really impressed with Bespoke Trendy Hotel HN, if I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi, I will always choose this hotel. Thank you very much to the staff here, for enthusiastically guiding my parents, taking good care of every meal, even the trips!

The room is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with very new and modern amenities. Right in the old town so it's very comfortable to go out and have fun. The staff are super enthusiastic and cute, all young people so the style is modern and very agile, I'm very satisfied with the reception of my hotel. Check in and get a super delicious welcome drink with dried apricots, check out and get a gift from the staff, so affectionate that I can't bear to leave! One thing for sure, when I come back to Hanoi, I will stay at this hotel again!

We truly had the best nights here. All the staff were very welcoming, but one staff named David went the extra mile to help us with everything we need. Honestly, we felt comfortable and safe in Hanoi because of all the help. The breakfast is awesome, they have special local menu everyday and also international foods options for tourist. The room is very nice and clean. Even better, the hotel is near to most go to places for tourist. Hoan kiem lake, famous local foods, souvenir and other tourist spots. Thank you David and all the other staffs. Would definitely come back!

Cozy hotel with best take care service.

Khách sạn nằm trong khu vực phố cổ tiện lợi đi lại, nhân viên tận tình và thân thiên. Mình hiểu là trong thời kỳ dịch nên giá phòng bị giảm nhiều và điều đó tương ứng với việc chất lượng bị giảm: khách sạn tắt máy lạnh khu vực sảnh, wifi internet chập chờn, không phục vụ bữa sáng. Hy vọng sau dịch khách sanh sẽ khôi phục lại được những giá trị chất lượng như thời trước dịch.

My best hotel experience around asia! The staffs in La Siesta Trendy really understand hospitality and how to take care of guests. I feel treated like family. The food’s superb. They have vegetarian menu which is help us a lot since we are Moslem. I would definitely back to this hotel again.

Strategic location, clean room, friendly and nice staff, good food

What stands out the most about this hotel is their staff. They’re all so polite and accommodating. We love our stay in here. The room is clean, the breakfast is good and the location is excellent. Will definitely come back next time.

Here the service was very satisfying for me and my brother we really enjoyed the hotel until we forgot to leave the room. We ordered a standard room cozy room but our room was upgraded to a premium room for 4 people for 2 days thank you for the very satisfying service. All here are very helpful and very friendly. Breakfast menu 😘👌🏼

Hotel staff did not carry things to help women

It is so pleasant for having stayed in this hotel. Friendly staff, informative spot to be visited, and the warmth welcome. The meal we experiencing was totally a blast. It’s so local, so tasty, so much choice, the breakfast was so delicious... we just more than happy to stay here on our next visit. Thanks to all the staff there, it was so memorable journey for us we can’t easily forget

My stay at La Siesta Trendy is always very nice. I come to this Hotel quite often because I really enjoy my stay every time. Service is super nice, rooms are clean and cozy, restaurant is delicious and even if it can be very crowded in some period, I can always relax. Moreover you can find some really nice offer so the price it can be more affordable for everyone.
