I am glad we chose this hotel. The pools were perfect for my kids (2 & 5), plenty of parking, solid dining options for dinner in a walkable distance. Beautiful view of the bay!!

Infiniti Pool was awesome Internet was terrible

Everything was great! Very impressed with the welcome email from the front desk and their help during our stay.

We were not able to check in to our hotel room until after 5:30...room was "not ready." After waiting in the hotel for 45 minutes without any news, we went up to the front desk where they simply gave us another room. No idea why the open room wasn't provided to us in the meantime and we had to ask. Not given any compensation or regard. The person at the front desk told us there was nothing they could do as we sat in the lobby in our bathing suits. Experience at the restaurant was very similar. Waitress was kind but unhelpful. Sat with a table of empty dishes for an hour after our meal. Went to the front desk to ask about an unknown card charge after dinner. Front desk gave us a voucher that we paid for for breakfast.... Didn't receive it at check in and didn't even know about it. We are leaving early so we wouldn't have even known if we didn't go up to ask about something else. Overall, for $400 a night, I would expect to and have experienced much better than this hotel.

Great view and location. Pools were beautiful. Did not like the WiFi situation with having to sign up. The hotel was not inexpensive. Include WiFi. Also, I am not leaving a tip as insinuated when no one comes in during the day to clean. Pillows were comfy but beds were terrible.

A pleasant one night stay…I felt like the cost exceeded the condition of the hotel—too over priced for the location.

We loved our stay. The food and drinks were delicious. The setting is beautiful, and loved the infinity pool. My only complaint is the size of the pools. They looked way bigger in pictures than in person. But the outdoor pool temperature was perfect.

Housekeeping refused to clean my room even when asked and I stayed there for 5 nights. My trash was overflowing and when I asked for them to pick it up, the front desk staff told me that they are understaffed and that I need to bring the trash outside. Terrible experience, especially for the amount of money they charged for the room.

Our granddaughters loved to swimming pools, and the view was spectacular.

Excellent conditions, clean, modern rooms, friendly and professional staff. Great location.

This hotel is over priced. Nothing is included even though when i booked it let me choose to include breakfast but when we checked in the only thing paid for was parking. Also they were having a few events in the area, the parking was filled and we had no place to park even though we paid for parking in advance. We were told that parking is first come, first serve. We will not be staying again.

Don’t get a room with a wheelchair assessable shower. The shower leaks into the bathroom floor and leaves puddles.

Did not like the fact there were no rooms that were not pet friendly. Asked for non smoking and no pet due to allergies. Regret to say we will not be staying in this or any other hotel that does not offer rooms where there have been no pets. Dogs are treated like people and are allowed to sleep on beds. This is ok in your personal home, but not when staying in a high end hotel without the option of a no pet room Pets are wonderful, but there needs to be rooms without pets ever being in the room.

I recvd an email that day of my stay advising i had been moved due to overbooking. I read it shorlty before i began my drive. I had been moved to the neighnoring Sheraton hotel. I didnt have any choice this late in to the trip. My family was all at the Courtyard where i booked. I was at the Sheraton which is where i was unilaterally moved to via email. Ive stayed at the Sheraton before and quite frankly do not wish to return there. Food quality is poor a d the service even poorer. I waited 90 minutes for my dinner which was not at all done as requested. Short story. If i wanted the Sheraton i would have booked it. I wanted the Courtyard. Seems as thougg they didnt even inform Expedia they bumped me since ive rexcd several requests for a review of the Courtyard.

Check in was good , pic on website our enhanced from what it really looks , toilet was supper low to the ground not friendly if u have a medical probs mine was nerve issues that made it hard , the beds were not comfortable they were doable for one night . and the window on the outside was so dirty with cob webs and spider handing out to see the view to the greatest extent . Only got one bucket of ice when I went back to the ice machine it was not working . Not the kinda of stuff I'd expect from a Marriott hotel. Staff were friendly and the outdoor grounds of the hotel our amazing . And the P6 Hotel on the third floor out from the hotel and the parking garage is amazing food

Bed was good!

I booked this hotel room almost a month ago. When I checked in, they told me that the reservation only went through today. They did not have a room available at the location I booked, and sent me to another 20 minutes away. I chose that location specifically because it was close to where I needed to be. I am EXTREMELY disappointed as I have friends visiting from out of state. I will NOT book through Expedia again.

The entire indoor and outdoor areas were very clean. Outdoor seating cozy and relaxing. Loved the lake view!

We really enjoyed the size of room and the balcony.
