The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to the beach to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. The area is safe and interesting. The hotel is small and clean. The staff is kind, ready to help and to give us directions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice, small hotel in the centre of Arcachon! Friendly service and small, but nice and clean romm. Also a very good breakfast - without a lot of frills.

This was our first visit to France and we really enjoyed our stay in Archachon. The hotel was perfectly located in the centre just a short walk from the beach and our family room with large terrace was perfect for our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and although not offering a range of facilities I'm sure it would suit many people. A kettle in the room would have been a great addition as once reception closes at 8pm you have no access to anything kitchen related.

This is a lovely family run hotel in a nice street with lots of shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. My wife and I stayed in a 'comfort' room' which was impeccably clean and very well designed with maximum use of the available space. There was air conditioning, the bathroom had an excellent shower in it and the bed was very comfortable. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the service at reception first rate. We arrived early morning too early for check-in but when we did check in later our bags had already been put in our room. Whenever we spoke to anyone working at the hotel they were very cheerful, helpful and friendly. We didn't have the breakfast but started our day with a coffee and croissant from a nearby bakery. That said, the breakfast at the hotel looked fine from what we saw. This hotel is officially rated 2 star I think and that's probably because of its limited facilities (e.g. no restaurant or swimming pool, limited reception opening times...). But it's really a far better hotel than the rating would suggest. If we visit Arcachon again then this will be the hotel we would we stay in.

We stayed here for four nights. Excellent location in the centre of Arcachon - near to the beach and in the town centre. Staff at hotel were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very, very basic. Room was small, bathroom too. But - it was exceptionally clean, the staff was very helpful, and well located.

Excellent location‼️ Really clean, comfy bed but a bit small for 2. It would have been better if the curtains were a bit more blackout. I don’t need nor want full blackout, but curtains that provided some darkness would have been nice.

nous avions retenu une chambre à deux lits et nous avons une des 4 plus petites chambre à un lit double mais au même prix que celle retenue, nous n'avons pas apprécié d'autant que ces chambre sont vraiment petites et que les explications données sur les différents tarifs n'était pas clair du tout. Autrement l'accueil était agréable , l'hôtel est bien placé , si l'on vient en voiture le stationnement est problématique et onéreux si l'on stationne au marché !

Nous avions réservé une chambre économique. Literie parfaite chambre petite mais suffisante pour y dormir car confortable et très propre. Emplacement idéal pour se déplacer à pied. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner simple mais excellent. Je le recommande vivement.

Plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel en plein centre d'Arcachon très calme et agréable; chambre avec petite terrasse très sympa! Personnel agréable.

Bon séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel en plein coeur de la ville et pratique car plages et commerces accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Manque plus qu'un parking.

Personnel très agréable. Excellent emplacement et calme. Très bonne literie. Le plus: une terrasse avec une table et des chaises pour y manger.
